"I use the range finder while muzzleloader hunting and it works well. It also works well on the golf course. I know that you can spend alot more for binoculars and range finders but for the money it think that it is a great value."

Good Deal,March 24, 2009
By HillbillyDluxfrom ALASKA
"For the price of the combo you cannot beat it! I wish the range finder was a little more clear through the lense and unless it's bright where you're focused, good luck seeing the digital readout. Those are the only negatives i have on the Range Finder. Bino's, great deal for the money.."

BOTH GREAT,March 22, 2009
By nightbreed692007from GI NE
"If your looking to range deer at 500 yds this is not for you, as they say in the book deer ect... 200 yds it did range deer at around 200 trees at 500 but if your looking for 10 - 60 yds for bow hunting it is great. Quick and easy. As for the binocular make sure you turn out both eye cups and they will be as clear as can be."

"I love the range finder.....very light; very accurate; my girls love to use it too. I had a really nice pair of BSA binoculars and this Bushnell pair is a little bit better than they are. This was a great combo at a great price."

By hunting2from somerset N.J
"short and sweet the rangefinder was easy to handle , but ranges came up different after several attemps, and the binos wernt bad but not the quality i was after. the "package" deal was tempting for the money , but all good hunters know QUALITY when they feel it!! right guys and gals,!sent it back and took a spetup in $$ and they dont compare...see my review under "rangefinders" by "hunting2 thanks and good hunting"

Bushnell Sport 450 Rangefinder with 10x42 Waterpro,December 2, 2008
By Hunt23from WNY
"Rangefinder is ok at best - very difficult to pick up on targets that should be easily identified at reasonable yardages (200-300)
UPS man left binoculars in driveway which were torn and half eaten. They looked cool, but I have no idea how they perform."

Field Tested,September 30, 2008
By torkyfrom NC
"I tried out these two pieces of equipment in the field and have been surprisingly pleased. I was excited with the performance in comparison to price especially in comparison to other equipment I have used. An excellent performing duo for the average hunter and outdoorsman. I would recommend this combo to any of my hunting associates."

It's probably going back....,September 29, 2008
By WyoHunterTAfrom Wheatland, WY
"We used these binoculars this last weekend for antelope hunting. We could not get them to focus at all. The optics are very distorted, appearing to have two different views. They are great if you close one eye all the time, which defeats the whole point of binoculars. We went back to using the cheap pair we got. I hope we can try to get things right with Bushnell but a dissapointment overall."

Bushnell Sport 450 Rangefinder,August 19, 2008
By CoachX3from Littlestown, PA
"I bowhunt exclusively for Whitetail deer. I wanted the range finder for ranging fixed targets from my stand. I practice from the ground and from an elevated postion. This rangefinder has kept my groups right on. I practice what I hunt and I only take shots on live animals out to 30 - 35 yards. I am very pleased with the accuracy and the price. The binoculars have just been an added bonus. I scout from long distances and I have found them to be very clear and easy to use. I have yet to hunt with these products but I see no reason for a change in my opinion. I think this has been a great deal for my hunting situation."

Can't Go Wrong,August 5, 2008
By geezer72from Richmond, VA
"I have field tested both products and both performed exceedingly well. Setting the focus on the binoculars from eye to eye is still the vexing aspect of using any binoculars, but once focused these presented as crystal clear picture as any binoculars that I have owned. I am anxious to use them on a whitetail hunt in Wyoming this November The rangefinder is the first I have ever used so I was a novice all the way. Learning to use the device was unexpectedly easy. I have acquired other electronic equipment that was maddeningly difficult to learn and then to remember how to use. I was sighting and acquiring distances of targets within five minutes, and have subsequently reused the rangefinder with no return to the instructions or relearning. I checked distances on a golf course and the displayed distances were as accurate as claimed."

Combo Deal, good and bad,August 4, 2008
By DRPIVfrom South Carolina
"Rangefinder is a proven product, would recommend to anyone. Easy to use, works great. No bells or whistles, is exactly what I was looking for.
Not the case for the binoculars in question. Difficult to adjust, heavy, have not had a clear image yet without much fine tuning. Not what I was expecting.
I recommend the rangefinder. Pass on the binocs, not worth the extra cash at any price."

good range finder, bad binoculars,July 28, 2008
By DougH448from Black Diamond, WA
"The range finder seems adequate and is compact. I have tested it only to 300 yards though. The binoculars lack enough adjustment for fit, and certainly do not seem to have a 10x magnification. Low budget product at a low budget price."
