Very nice bag,December 8, 2008
By TXHORNEDFROGfrom Fort Worth, Texas
"Bag is perfect for my needs. Holds a good bit of gear, and is easy to carry long distances. Shell holder holds 3 inchers easily, probably can fit 3 1/2. Waterproof bag keeps everything very dry."

Avery Power Hunter Blind Bag,December 8, 2008
By LabandBirdmanfrom Chambersburg,PA
"Got the bag to use while hunting from a layout blind as well as permanent blinds. Works really good to hold what I need for the day's hunt. The only problem is that the material used for the shell holders along the front of the bag is not made of stretchable material. It's very tough to put shells in every slot as there isn't enough room. After some yanking and pulling without tearing, I was able to get shells in each slot. The shell holders should be made of stretchable neoprene. Other than that I love the bag."

A good all around bag,December 1, 2008
By Dervogtjagerfrom California
"I don't hunt ducks very often. But the blind bag is very useful for my prolonged upland bird hunts It carries , my field gun cleaning kit, all my choke tubes and still has room for ammo changeouts from one guage to the other. The shoulder strap makes it easy to transport to and from the motel room, when I have armloads of other gear. The carry handle fits nicely over my wheeled luggage handle too. The water proof lining means that any accidental spills are contained. Its a very good value for a useful device to hold my " possibles" without taking up too much room in a crowded hunting vehicle."

A must have!!!,October 23, 2008
By CheezheadBrianfrom Madison, WI
"Ever other bag I've bought (from Cabelas and others), I've returned because my gear got wet. Did my own testing for waterproof-ness in my basement - put 10 cans of soda in the bag and filled my utility sink with 6" of water and walked away. After 2+ hrs of sitting in water - there was a small bead of water in the corner of the bag at the seam - about the size of a nickel. Thats waterproof in my book!!
Have used it in the field - and the side pockets on the lid and behind the shell loops are great to have field references handy. Interior divider pockets would be nice in the waterproof liner - but that would create more stitching holes for water to leak into. Waterproof is my first and foremost design concern - so I don't mind my stuff all mixed up in the bag......its DRY!!
FINALLY - a bag that seems to be designed for the die-hard waterfowlers that have to deal with waist-high water all day! I never tested full submergence - because the liner closes with a zipper and no zipper is waterproof.
You won't regret getting this bag - you'll be delighted every time you open it to get your stuff out and everything is dry!"

Hunter Blind Bag,January 16, 2008
By ebfcrffrom Silsbee, Texas
"Nice, roomy, and easy to carry. I would change the placement of the shell loops to the back side of the bag. The shells are heavy on the flap and it limits the things you can store in the pouch under the flap. It is also a little inconvenient to open the flap when all the shells are in the holders. I believe it would be better to put the shell loops on the back side of the bag. The weight distribution would be a little better as well. I like the waterproof properties of the bag and all the pockets and webbing to hold things."

Excellent product, in every way,January 8, 2008
By PANICOSFROMCYPRUSfrom CYPRUS
"I do not need to say anything else. I have found the right bag to take with me in any hunting situation. It can hold more four 25 shell boxes, plus some hunting gear such as hunting glasses, torch, etc. The shoulder handle is ideal to carry with you without stressing the shoulder. I would recommend this bag to everybody (actually, I already ordered and received the second one which was the perfect christmass present for my brother)"

Perfect size,January 8, 2008
By cmjc4from Grant Park,Illinois
"The blind bag is for my 10 year old son and its the perfect size. It has the external shell holders to make it easy to reload while in a layout blind. Has two nice zipper netted pockets on the inside of the flap, perfect for his hunting license, ear plugs, hand warmers, or even a snack. The main compartment is big enough for 2 boxes of shells, 2 bottles of water, and his hat and gloves. With all that the bag is full but not stuffed, and the shoulder strap doesn't slip off your shoulder while walking. Again it's the perfect size and I'm going to buy one for myself."

By wkyduckmanfrom murray, kentucky
"The reason I love this bag is that I have found the larger the bag I carry the more stuff I will bring. This bag is perfect to carry just the stuff that I need. I have owned 5 or so bags and this one far outperforms the others."

great bag,October 29, 2007
By JacobsDadfrom Kew Gardens,NY
"Took my boys goose hunting for the first time - bought one of these bags for my son - but I used it instead. The bag held more gear then I thought it would - The shells fit nicely in the front for easy access and room for a full box inside as backup- It poured (great huting) everything inside stayed bone dry. The bag - even loaded to max capacity was comfortable -It laid flat on my side and I forgot it was there - the sling did not ride up onto my neck as other cheap bags and straps do - the padded shoulder guard on the strap - very comfortable. In the laydown blid - the bag was easy to reach to reload and did not get in my way - very impressed I would like to see a better quality hook for the strap instead of the plastic hook and perhaps a d-ring to attach other "things". I would also like a larger side net to hold a larger bottle of water - then I would give it 5 stars All in all - great bag - I am buying 2 more and giving up my maxpedition pack"
