Evolved Habitats Gain

This concentrated, chelated liquid calcium immediately eliminates acid soil problems in your food plot. It's equivalent to adding 1,000 lbs. of lime to the soil. It also improves soil conditions and increases fertilizer and micronutrient usage. It promotes root development in all types of forage, especially foot plots planted for deer. 1 gallon treats up to 1/2 acre.

"i tried gain on a newly planted clover plot that had a ph under 5.5. i used even more than required and the plot just didn't produce as i hoped. suggest using recommended lime instead of using this product"

"Used this product in marked test strips on three food plots (brassica, clover and Hot Spot.) There was no visual difference in growth of the crops in any of the test strips as opposed to the untreated areas. The deer do not seem to prefer to eat the areas treated with Gain over the untreated areas. The only thing I "gained" was the belief that my investment in three gallons of Gain was a waste of money."

"Another "less work" alternative that isn't as good as the old fashioned way. Forget about this stuff and stick with the good old bagged limestone. It's a little more work but much more effective."
