"I bought these because they looked good in the picture and they where cheap. But I always said to myself don't buy Herters but I did this one time and I regert it. I should have gone with my instincks and not bought them. when I got them I was ashamed because they had paint missing and dents in them. So take my advise and don't buy Herters"

"I really like these decoys. I am a big fan of Herters decoys and these did not disappoint. They are smaller than I expected but they work for me. If you want big decoys these might not be for you. The paint looks great, (1 did have some white on the head chipped off but not much) and they did not leak at all. The heads go on easily, stay on and look realistic. They ride great on the water. No problem in choppy water or gusty winds. Thanks Herters and Cabelas."

"These are very nice decoys, especially for the price. They look good on the water and are definitely an asset to my spread. The only problem I have is some paint chipped and for some reason there is some black "splatter" on some of the bodies near the water line. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to buy more and I reccomend them. I have 18 right now and hope before next season to add at least two dozen more."

"We've used alot of decoys hunting on tough water in the 1000 Islands areas in upstate NY. There's alot of wind and waves aren't friendly either. These decoys look great and handle the rough water. The weighted keel kept them looking great. They are a definite five stars."

"I just bought these decoys and first impression was "are they all in the box?" Little did i know, i was completely fooled. The bodies are seperate from the heads and can be removed for easy transportation. The material is very tough, and if taken care of, the paint will last forever. Aweosme Decoy. i will definalty be buying another six to 12 and i completely recommend them to you!"

"I've hunted over many different goose decoys. I had a real tough time deciding between these and the G&H floaters. I haven't hunted over them yet but they will round out the spread nicely. "I love the appearance and size of these decoys. Their movement on the water is second to only the real thing. They are durably built, and ride waves like champs. I did have one minor problem out of the box however. The plugs in the underside of the tail, on 2 dekes, had a minor hole still. Easily patched, as they were less than 1/32 inch wide. I will be buying more of these next season!"

"Paint Job on the bodies looks great! BUT, I had one head that had ALL the white chipped off. It was like 'paint chip confetti' got all over the place, too. Not easy to clean up. Quick touchup job on my part and they look great. Cant wait to get these on the water."

"I bought 6 Herter's 007 goose floaters a month ago and when I opened the box, most of them have chipped white paint on heads and few had paint chips on bodies. The first time I took them out, one decoy took a dive. The hole in the bottom was not sealed and water got in inside, so I had to leave the blind to take him out. Coloring pattern is very good and they look realistic on water. Look like they will need a lot of repainting after this season already."

"I hunt from a boat and have been using the oversize bigfoot floaters for quite a while. The new Herter' 007 are just perfect for me now, they take less space in the boat ( I can carry 50% more ), they look as good as the bigfoot and they lure the Canada just as good, At one time I was under the impression that size was the most important, now I beleive that looks and quantity is what counts.
