Intrceptor Snow Cover,March 31, 2009
By Zipster09from need for late season snow goose in Oregon.
"I was upset that the item was made of the flimsy and disposable Tyvek material. It did not fit the dimensions specified, and did not appear to be able to withstand harsh days in the field. Item was returned."

Cabela's Interceptor Blind Snow Cover,February 10, 2009
By BassNDucksfrom Central, PA
"I purchased the snow cover for my S.U.B., it fits fine, but could be just a little wider to be perfect. The tyvek material has ripped already, but that was my own fault. Should be an easy fix with some duct tape on the inside of the cover. The cover blends in excellent in the snow, and I was able to shoot some geese while useing it."

Interceptor blinds snow cover,January 4, 2009
By Bobcat13from I hunt semi arid eastern Nevada, mainly for geese
"I like the cabela's blind; and thought I was all set for a good goose hunt sat. in the snow with the snowcover. What a disappointment. It is TOO SHORT ON THE SIDES AND BACK, and pull and stretch and using bungee cords around would still not pull int down. A shame, as it fits good from top and at foot. There is to much shine, and the winds were quite harsh in solid snow covered ground and it moves to much. We were on THE spot and two bunches come straight in low and crawling forward against the wind, and flared at 50 yards each time. we did get 3, but should have had them in our laps. I believe its the bottom showing, and the shine, plus the movement of material. I am going to see if the avery snowcover on my finisher will fit the eliminator, as that is a quality product all the way."

Interceptor Blind Snow Cover,December 30, 2008
By Nightwing
"This is my first season Goose hunting and the first snow cover/blind combination I've owned. I'm pleased with this snow cover. It fits well, the only trouble I've had is a tendency to catch my hands on the cover on the underside of the doors of the blind when reaching from my call. I made use of the stubble loops, using a small amount of cut corn stalks, trying to blend in to a row of corn with the snow covering all but the top 6 inches or so of harvested stalks. The material seems sturdy. I'm going to attach velcro to both the bottom edge of the blind and bottom inner edge of the snow cover. This will help keep the cover from flapping on a windy day."

"This product fit very well and was very easy to put on.. took about 30 seconds... the price is a little high for a piece of tyvek type material...but it's what i need for hunting in the snow..."

Interceptor Blind Snow Cover,February 8, 2008
By jd30from Pittsburgh, PA
"Although the snow cover isn't bad overall, it would not fit on my Cabela's Interceptor blind. Maybe because the blind is an older model (bought it out of the Bargain Cave) and has a full tubular frame even in the foot box. The cover did fit my friends Final Approach blind nicely. Other than that, the material isn't supper strong and may be a little too shinny but it does of loops for adding vegitation to help concealment."

Cabelas snow cover,February 4, 2008
By opster246from N. ILL
"Not impressed with durability of material. Seems too thin. Found that on windy days the covers for the doors catch the wind and fill with air (when blind doors are closed). This blocks vision as the cover "puffs up" with the wind and also moves as the wind blows. Constantly need to pull on the material to keep it from filling with the air. This cover is, however, easier to use than trying to cover it with a sheet. Still was successful using the cover but frustrated at times."

Poor fit,February 1, 2008
By Goosehunter3from Upstate New York
"I purchased two covers and both did not fit the interceptor blinds. The material is acceptable but the product should have been made for a better fit as it does fit the top opening but it does not fit over the sides and back end. Changes should be made to make this product to provide and easy and proper fit."

Cabela's Interceptor Blind Snow cover,February 1, 2008
By Anonymous
"I used this cover on cloudy, overcast days and sunny days and it worked awesome. The cover is made out of Tyvek and I've heard that tyvek can "UV glow" on cloudy days and spook birds, but there are 4 guys in my group that all have Interceptor Elite blinds, with these snow covers, and we pounded the geese with these. In fact, there were three of hunting one sunny morning, 2 of us had these blinds w/snow covers and 1 guy had white sheets on his blind.(we were hunting in a snow covered cut corn field) The birds would see us, swing over us and then take off. The guy with the sheets picked his blind up, and hid in a tree line, and 2 minutes after he left, 3 geese came in and 1 landed in the spread! The covers fit nice and snug(ie: no wind flap) and the stubble strips are good size. Not too big, like my Avery Power hunter's strips that are so big the corn stubble always falls out."

blind snow cover,January 20, 2008
By 1kaylafrom carpentersville, IL
"this blind snow cover is one of the best thing i have purched for my hunts. We are setting up decoys and a group of geese are locked and commited, i start to run in the direction pf my blind ( had the lids closed cause of the blind heater i also purched) next thing i know i am face down eating snow. Yes i tripped of my blind. I get up and realized what i had done and was amazed on how well that snow blends in with the snow. Thank you so much for an incredable product."

Low quality,October 16, 2007
By SouthernVTwaterfowlerfrom Brattleboro, Vermont
"The Cabela's Interceptor snow cover is not the quality that I expected out of Cabela's. The material is very similar if not the same as a nuisance suit. I have another layout blind and the snow cover is made of cordura which is very durable. This snow cover will work, but I'm not so sure it will last."
