"This came with VERY vague instructions. Even after we were able to figure out what went where the appearance was less than acceptable. It looked like we went to a junk yard and pieced the top together with garbage we found. Although we didn't take the chance to test it.....I sincerely believe it would not hold up in wind while traveling, & would certainly leak if rained on. We immediately returned this product."

"This roof is more than what i expected. i installed it on a 2007 ranger xp700. it is the best looking after market roof out there and is priced very reasonable. i have received several favorable comments on it's looks. it comes with 4 brackets with which to install it but i did not feel very comfortable with that so i bolted it down in the 6 places provided, 2 on each side and 2 in the front, using stainlees steel bolts w/ nylon inserted nuts. i have towed it down the road on a trailer several times at speeds over 70 m.p.h and have not had a single problem with it whatsoever. i also ran a bead of silicone down the seem where the two pieces are bolted together to assure it did not leak and it has not. i would feel very comfortable recommending this roof to anyone."

"Roof was shipped promptley, recieved in 2 days. Need two people to put roof on, the roof need to be pushed hard to get two pieces together and bolt in the center. All hardware was there, but instructions are not clear and not sure which side is the front."

"We bought the Universal UTV roof, delivery was very prompt. As we put it together, we found that half of the screws were missing. Ok, we overcame this obstacle and put it together. Now you would think that the two molded pieces would come together to a nice fit. Wrong, we had to put in several additional screws in the middle where the two pieces met, because using just the allowed number of screws left big gaps. The instructions could have been in another language, that's about how much help they were. Don't buy, unless you have a very handy person to help you put this UTV roof together. (and you happen to have extra screws or bolts available, the instructions? well, look at them and then fix it yourself.)"

"The roof came without all parts list. No bolts to put the top together on the midline. parts list was missing a rubber gasket. It took a long time to assemble the side clamps , had to use extra long to draw the clamps together."

"I have a Polaris glass windshield and with a tiny slight modification to each side in front (for windshield) it fit like a glove. I believe the Ranger is the widest in the UTV's and at this products limit... Looks good and very secure..."
