"I used these during the past hunting season and by the end they were beat up and rusty. I even added pins to the lower holder arms for quick release. One annoying thing i noticed is the left arm because of the placement options i had on my King quad ended up right over the exhaust making the Quad even louder and it vibrated the holder. On the positive side my stand never fell the arms did manage to vibrate loose on a couple of occasions. But it works and is still cheaper then many others."

"I got my carrier for christmas this year and was excited to finally have one instead of having to strap my climber to the back rack i could now have that space for other things. The only problem i found with this carrier is that the mounting brackets were made pretty much for Polaris or other composite flat racks. I have a 2006 honda rancher 4x4 and didnt want to do alot of modification to it. The instructions were way off on how to mount this carrier on a tube rack. I had to go and buy two u bolts and place the long piece on top of the rack in between the hump rail to get it to work. It is about a foot and a half apart and holds well now. If you go by the instructions the carrier will not tighten enough and will rotate down. All in all i am satisfied and looking forward to next deer season to use it."

"The treestand carrier worked great. I did modify it by pushing the top bracket tight to a bow case & drilled holes throught the main bars & installed a bolt & wing nut,to keep the top bracket from moving up. Works great for a Bow carrier also. Would recommend this product for any Bow Hunter. Makes it nice not having to carry the bow case on front racks of your ATV."

"The carrier works well. The directions are a little tough, but there is a picture on the box. I carry a hanging stand and 4 climbing sticks pretty easy with the use of a bungee strap. I have not put my climber on it yet, but I dont see a problem."

Does the job, but not too happy.,

"The treestand carrier does its job. BUT on installation on a round tube doesn't work very well. Two metal plates do not hold well on the round tubing, and the whole piece pivots wildly. I'm going to have to either fabricate and weld a stabilizer bracket to it, or rely on bungee straps to keep it from hitting me in the back or the back of my bike."

"I bought the tree stand carrier to use it to carry ladders on the side( front to back) not tree stands on the rear. On the Rubicon I had to drill additional holes in the plates to use u-bolts to make the attachment, both front and rear. Also the attachment of the plate and the vertical arm had to be reversed from the diagram to get tire clearance. The small modifications got the job done and I do not slight the product. I was using it outside the norm. I was very happy not carrying the ladders by hand."

"I like the tree stand carrier - however the supplied hardware does not fit the carrier on my four wheeler. I have a Honda Rancher 350. I had to engineer the hardware and make my own modifications to make it work."

Treestand Carrier,

"I purchased this carrier to mount on a 04 polaris sportsman w/composite racks. The carrier mounted fine and took only about 15 minutes. I hunt w/ a larger frame climbing stand and it still fit in the carrier. My suggestion to improve the quality of the rack is to improve the method of securing the top arms better. The threaded stud with the star knob that screws against the guide tube doesnt hold the arms in place very long. The average atv ride loosens the arms and they will allow the stand to move around. I was able to catch this problem before loosing my stand. A quick fix is a couple good bunjee cords around the stand. Don't get me wrong, the rack is sturdy and easy to mount and recommend it. Do yourself a favor and get a couple good bunjee cords and your good to go. -Polaris8 JMW"

"While riding my ATV found that any thing that is tied of bungied on will either come loose or a branch will hit it and knock it loose or off. I have owned 2 ATVs and I have made sure I have a carrier for my stands attached to the ATV as it saves me alot of headaches."
