"These gloves performed poorly. The leather chipped and tore in the minimal cold of Lake Tahoe. I will be returning them."

Too small,

"Purchased these for my husband, who has small hands. Men's gloves are too long. Probably our fault for ordering the wrong size, but now he'd rather try on his gloves before purchase."

Good product but bigger than I hoped for my kids,

"I have 2 small kids ages 7 and 5. The gloves seem good but even the smallest size is still tpo big. They will grow into them. They didn't get wet when they wore them in the snow the other day but they haven't worn them that much yet."

Excellent gloves! Hope my son won't lose them,
February 3, 2009
By dale88

"I got these for my almost 7-yr-old son for Christmas...and didn't let him wear them til our mushing/camping trip in ME/NH a couple weeks ago (for fear he'd lose one). He can ALWAYS be found rolling in snow wherever possible...these really are waterproof. He wore these gloves everyday of our 3-day mushing/camping trip...and the temps reached a low of -18F one early morning. (Okay...we stoked the wood stove and didnt' leave our tents til it warmed up to -12...!) But my son only complained once of cold hands...that last cold day mushing across an open lake in the winds.)"

Good gloves but run small,
February 3, 2009
By jbur
from NY
|
"Bought these for my daughters ages 11 & 13 for winter play. They used them a little bit for skiing in VT over MLK 2009 weekend but wound up using mittens because the gloves run a little small & therefore tight & not as warm. They're good gloves but if your child normally takes a small, I'd order medium instead."

Good glove,
February 3, 2009
By EC182

|
"Got these gloves for a family ski trip to Sunday River Maine. Temps that week were zero or below, -20 on the coldest day. The kids hands stayed warm on all but the coldest day, and that was taken care of with a Hothands pack shoved in the glove. The only thing that could make these gloves better would be a waterproof zippered pocket for heat packs. Gloves run small so order larger than usual."

Gore-Tex gloves,

"Wonderful product that helps keep our 10 year olds hands warm while doing chores each day. Tough and durable so far. Only thing is they still allow water to soak into them while cleaning buckets. Easy for him to put on and seem to be well made."

"We have tried several gloves for our 7year old daughter and they always came up short. They didnt keep her hands warm or dry. We found the Pinnacle glove and they are excellent! She plays outside i the snow for hours and never complains about her hands being cold or wet. Another great product from Cabelas."

Cabela's Kids' GORE-TEX® Pinnacle Glove,

"Very nice gloves my eight year old son loves them. He reached in and grabbed a 17 inch walleye that came off in his hole while ice fishing and was able to pull it on the ice and his hands stayed dry as a bone (boy talk about a pumped up eight year old)."

Kids Gore-Tex gloves,
March 10, 2008
By Bahlmd
from Oregon
|
"My son said these were very warm however they are difficult to put on for a 6 year old. They seemed to run a little small. The lining and the outer glove are not sewn together or connected at the finger tips so they come partially out and I have to squeeze my hand in them to push the finger lining back in place."

Gore-Tex Pinnacle Kids Gloves,

"Love these gloves. I have small hands and have to use kid gloves. I cannot find warm gloves. I have horses and have used them to feed in about 10 degree temperature plus wind chill. They seem durable and very warm. I would highly recommend them."

Order larger than you think you need,
February 20, 2008
By mamawlynn

"The quality was excellent. However, we've returned them twice because of size. My grandson wears a 12, but is slight frame. However, despite the service representatives guidelines, the size is still wrong. The gloves themselves are perfect for winter sports."
