Steiner Predator C5 Binocular

Steiner introduces the newest Predator to its widely acclaimed series, the Predator C5. Developed using entirely new optical system formulations, fully coated optics and innovative shockproof, waterproof housing, the C5 also delivers a higher degree of light transmission, image clarity and color contrast. By incorporating new roof prism coating technology into the C5's phase-corrected mirrors, light-gathering ability, definition and image resolution are enhanced. A new ergonomic housing has a specialized rubber armor coating makes the C5 feel natural in the hand, and a unique checkered surface in key areas ensures a secure and comfortable grip when wet.

"Amazing product! I've never owned an expensive brand of binocualars and after moving to Alaska I decided to take the plunge. I've spent many hours glassing the mountains of Alaska and the C5 has an amazing field of view and the relief feels amazing. I'd highly recommend these for anyone looking for a good, high quality all around binocular."

"After many hours of looking thru and comparing I settled on the 12x42's. All I can say is they are exceptional. While deer hunting out west, the guys I was with would see deer I could tell if they were bucks and if they could tell they were bucks I could tell them how big. They were very clear and sharp, even in the hours of low light. I believe I have finally found me a pair of binos that will last thru my days of hunting and eventually hand off."

"After painstaking review, I settled on the Steiner 10x42 Predator binoculars for a recent Montana deer and Elk hunt. The glasses were light and easy to carry during the hunt. Their light gathering ability, clarity and field of view were excellent. As advertised, the patented Steiner color accentuation helped to make wildlife stand out against the background. I checked out the very expensive German binocs of my fellow hunters and found to my surprise and satisfaction that the less pricey Steiners were as good if not better."

"Just returned from Oregon hunting trip where we tested several 12x in horrible weather conditions....the Steiner Predators 12x eye cups kept the rain out of our vision when the pricer binos required constant attention just to keep the rain drops off the lens. Under these conditions the clarity was superior to the other Euro's twice the price....and nobody controls the weather.

Regardless of the price this 12x performed better, were easier to focus and every bit as good on the clarity....I'd recommend no matter what your budget is....no doubt the users of the other Euro's will be ordering a pair for themselves."
