"The front cross bar is too high and cuts into your legs. It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to place a cushion on top just to protect my legs from the bar. Other seats of this type make the rear cross bar two inches higher than the front bar thereby relieving the pressure from under your thigh. Suggest you do not buy this seat."

"This stool is well designed for storage and the back rest is very nice. However the legs are a couple inches too tall and your legs rest on the seat front and make it very uncomfortable to sit on."

"I ordered this stool because I wanted something I could rest on while high volume shooting in South America. This stool is the perfect solution. You can easily shoot while standing and resting against the stool without having to continually get up from a full sitting position. I also bought a swivel seat and mounted it to the top of the stool so I could spin 180 degrees easily. It works great. The ultimate dove hunting accessory."

"Bought this item for ASA Shoots rigged it with a arrow tube. It has done just as it was supposed to do. Fits me well I am six foot tall. It may be a little tall for shorter people. Works fine for me"

"After my previous one (from '86) finally died, I ordered a replacement. It was too tall, as I expected. So after cutting, drilling and some new hw, it was ready. The cloth is a great color, but the rubberized backing makes it screeeech when shifting. It isn't quite as strong as the old one, but it will do fine. They should have ajustable legs, to adapt to each person or situation.
It's OK if your over 6' tall."

"I like the HBR DLX STOOL I purchased. It has plenty of room in the storage area under the seat and the handy shell loops in front. This particular has a fold-down back rest also, which was one of my requirements.
The only thing I can see wrong with the chair is that the seat itself is a little too high from the ground, would be OK for a taller person.
Other than that, an excellent, quality piece of equipment."

"I like the height and back rest of the chair. The chair is lightweight and works great for my archery tournament chair. However, I do not like the storage pouch as much as my previuos chair. This one is to big the the pouch in the front and hard to fold with it and the pouch keeps the backrest from staying up. I would lik to see a mesh pocket on the front and a small pouch on the back or a zipper in front and back with a divider and one or both sides being a cooler."

"I have no problem with this stool. It is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to carry.
My WIFE, however, says it is too high for her (she's 5'4" -- I'm 6'1"), and she doesn't find it comfortable at all (she agrees that it is sturdy and easy to carry).
Would I recommend it?... yes, for TALL people."

"Though I was pleased when it came earlier than expected, I wasn't as happy with the chair itself. You sit up quite a bit higher than I was expecting, and you can only sit in it facing one direction. You have to move the chair with you if you want to change directions, unless you don't mind losing circulation in your legs. Also, the carrying strap is too short to really serve a legitimate purpose. It seems pretty durable so far, I've only had it for a couple of weeks though."

"I am 5'11" and my feet did not touch the ground. I took 4 1/2" off the legs and had to move the braces up in order to get this to work. The pouches and pockets are great and if it wasn't for the height, the chair would be great. I was very disappointed when the chair arrived. I guess they didn't look at their product before they put it into production."

"Overall i really like the stool. The one problem i have is that it is alittle too tall for my application. I use it for duck hunting and it is comfortable, but i feel that it is just too high. The metal seems very lightweight and i am not sure how long its gonna last."
