Excellent for cold weather Bow, or gun,June 3, 2008
By kklhfrom Pueblo, Colorado
"I used these gloves through the late eastern plains archery season in colorado for deer under scentlok insulated gloves. This deer season runs october til december 31, with november rut tempertures averaging around 12 degrees , with daily high tempertures around 28 degrees. No cold hands. In december same outfit tempertures around 7, or 8 degrees still able to use bow release with no problem, and still hands warm. Then used as layer on left hand and alone on right shooting hand through snow goose season. Did this while laying in final approach blind with temps running from 5 to 10 degrees. Was able to shoot shotgun no probem and hands stayed reasonably warm with little chill on right hand. Overall excellent gloves to knock off winters worst without any sacrifice of dexterity. Definately 5 stars"

Falling apart at the seams,October 8, 2009
By justjoshn6from St Louis
"I have had two pairs of the camo style gloves and for whatever reason they are falling apart at the seams. I also own a pair of the black gloves and I have not had any problems with them. I have used both pair for bow hunting, and they really work well. I would recommend the black pair, but stay away from the camo. The last pair or camo gloves I used for 3 hunts and one glove already had two tears in them."

lightweight and durable,September 21, 2009
By salvelinusconfluentusfrom Alberta
"I cannot believe these are marketed just as liner gloves. I use these in anything above freezing alone and they are remarkably warm for how light they are. And light they are, perfect for bowhunting and shotgunning. Outside of hunting, I also wear them when temperatures drop as a liner for my mountain bike and motorcycle gloves. Also found them to be the perfect glove for cross country skiing.
They are also incredibly durable. Had many stalks while belly crawling with these and they are still like brand new."

You reap what you sew.,June 18, 2009
By PaCabowmanhunterfrom Pa and Ca
"I have used these bowhunting gloves extensivley in every type of weather, so pay attention. I separated the pros and cons so you can weigh them out. In my opinion the pros win. Pros: 1 ) They are a nice barrier between your bow grip and bowhand during cold and mild weather. 2 ) They form tight to your hand so you dont have any issues getting your bow hand in your bow strap and your mechanical release strap over your wrist. 3 ) The material is thin enough so you can cop a good feel of that trigger of your mechanical release. 4 ) They have a gripping adhesive that helps your bowhand stay on your grip and your fingers on your release. 5 ) The index fingers have material that soaks up that post nasal drip on cold days. Cons: 1 ) If you have big hands ( xxl + ) like me, the factory stitching may come apart at the seams. ( This is only a con if you have big hands and dont have someone who can sew. I sewed mine up right, and they have lasted a many years since ). 2 ) They are not warm enough for freezing weather. 3 ) They are a bit expensive if your not willing to sew them."

These gloves dry SO quickly,June 15, 2009
By Scouserfrom New Jersey
"This is the second pair I've owned and I love them. When they get wet they dry out - even still on your hands - at an incredibly fast pace. It has to be seen to be believed. I recommend them to everyone."

Under Armour Coldgear Liner Gloves,March 31, 2009
By GOBBLERSKNOBfrom Western PA
"I ordered the Coldgear Liner gloves in Realtree AP to use for this years spring gobbler season. I purchased the Coldgear Hood for last fall's turkey hunting season in Western Pennsylvania. It kept my face warm despite 20 degree temperatures with blowing snow. I have not had a chance to use the Coldgear Liner gloves yet, however, I am pleased with the fit and construction. The Realtree AP camo pattern is very crisp and detailed as in all Under Armour products that I have purchased. They gloves are constructed of a heavier material than the normal spandex type gloves you find. Order a size larger than you normally would. I ordered the L/XL."

Great protector,March 16, 2009
By Just4Fishingfrom Pacifica, California
"I didn't use these gloves as liners. I used them as my primary hand protection and these gloves will protected the skin on your hands from the elements. They aren't real warm. I used them in blowing snow in temps down to 15 degrees. I would alternate sticking a hand in my jacket pocket when I could fell the cold starting to get to them. You can shoot with them on, but you will loose a little sensitivity. I have a light trigger on my rifle and had a little trouble with a shot that was just a hair early. If cold really bothers you then you may need to layer up with something warmer."

Under Armour Liner Gloves,March 2, 2009
By arizonahuntsfrom Tucson, AZ
"In AZ we don't need a thick glove, so I use the UA liner glove. It seems to work just fine all by itself when the temps are above 30 degrees. Hopefully the fingers don't wear through, as the material is quite thin. If they do, I'll just buy another pair."

Love the gloves,January 27, 2009
By Redvalhallafrom Wasilla, Alaska
"Normally I don't like to wear gloves, but -24 degrees, bunny hunting, I need something and these were just enough to keep my hands warm and I was still able to feel detail with my fingers. Also, love the nose wipers on the fore-fingers and thumb."

Nothing special,January 26, 2009

"These are OK gloves, but I guess I was expecting more from the "Under Armor" name. I have had many better quality "ski gloves" that did as good of a job as these do keeping my hands warm."

Thin to win,January 26, 2009
By stillcoldfrom Steamboat Rock, IA
"So far, here in sub-zero Iowa, these liners have helped out a bunch. Wishing I would have had these in the bow stand, but didn't buy them until it was zero or lower. Getting cold hands has always been a problem for me as it seems you always have to de-glove for something. Sweating hasn't been a problem yet since it has been to cold. Just hope I don't lose them before next season. So far, I am very happy with this product."

Under Armour gloves - great product,January 21, 2009
By goosehunter54from Canton, OH
"I use them a base layer on those cold mornings field hunting. The snug fit allows me to put cloth gloves over them and still be able to aceess the trigger of my gun. I no longer use those fold over glove/mitten combination, and can call and flag right up the last second."
