"i am about 6' tall and around 175 lbs i bought a large in this jacket and it is just too short for my taste. the sleeves are an ok length and it fits good around the body. i wish they made them in tall sizes. i think they are supposed to be kinda shortish but it is too short for my taste."

"I'm starting to think that no softshell is made for commuting. More independent movement in the sleeves would make this a terrific jacket; as it is, when you lift your arms or sit down, it pulls in weird ways and you lose three inches on the sleeves (which are otherwise long enough, even though I'm 6'5"). If I was always going to be on my feet, this jacket would appear to be very comfortable. I'm not keeping it long enough to test in weather conditions, so I can't comment on that.
Also, as another reviewer noted recently, the picture shows black with a stripe, but I was sent all black. Sending this back for the above two reasons."

"Just what I was looking for- comfortable lightweight yet warm and layers well if needed. Priced good compared to some others and looks sharp. The only small complaint I have is I ordered a black one and the web site showed black with gray on the sides and the one I received was all black."

"I ordered this coat and when I tried it on, I noticed that the coat is REALLY short in the front. It is a decent coat, but I have a problem with coats that are short like that in the front. I figured I would pass this along so if anyone else has that same issue, this is not the coat you want. I do love Cabelas stuff and order on a regular basis. I just had to send this coat back and am currently looking for a different one."

For a fraction of the price, this is a great jacket. Washes up nice, manages heat and moisture just fine. Don't spend crazy money like $200-$300 for a brand name, get this one and be happy. Buy 2!
