"Bought the Jacket in the spring after hunting season and just had an opportunity to try it. The jacket was great, however I found the Realtree AP to be very light. It looked grey in the pictures but turned out to look more like Desert camo, very light tans and browns. Seemed to stand out in the twilight hours in dark timber. I have seen other material in Realtree Ap that looked more Grey. Just wondered if anyone else found this to be true. I am going to trade to a different color camo."

"I really like this jacket, soft, comfortable, very warm & should last for a long time. I did find that the windshear fabric had a little bit of noise to it at first, I solved that problem by washing my jacket 4 times & it softened the fabric up & now it's dead quiet."

"Nice jacket for the price..nice and warm jacket and the wind shear is gonna be nice on those windy days. The only drawback for the jacket is that it is a little loud when moving around. I believe the windshear is causing the noise....overall a nice jacket and great camo pattern."

"great product and a quarter the cost of whats on the market here in aus,purchased the jacket for moose hunt on alaska peninsula, so will update full review after sept 09, have used jacket with just a tee underneath down to minus 2"C while hunting red deer in queenslands south east, performed perfectly, with some base layering and a raincoat the jacket will stand up to the any task im sure. I AM 6-4 AND 260# AND IT IS TOO SMALL IF I TRY TO LAYER ANYTHING OTHER THAN A T-SHIRT UNDER IT. yEARS AGO YOU MADE A JACKET THAT WASN'T THE DIMENSION FLEECE IN OUTFITTER SNOW CAMO. "I bought this jacket because I have the legacy fleece pants with windsheer. The pants are extremely warm on stand. And so I was expecting similar results with the coat. I haven't been disappointed.
The Wisconsin winter has been old fashioned this year and the jacket has been comfy down to -10 with light activity. Watch out if you plan to be active. This coat is warm and you will work up a sweat under it.
I prefer the 3D Seclusion camo pattern because it isn't as dark and blotchy as the others. However, the dimension fleece doesn't match up with the legacy stuff. The shading is much lighter than the legacy line up.
Overall, good product. Cabela's does not disappoint when it comes to techincal clothing for the bush."

"The jacket with the Windshear fabric was fantastic at blocking the wind and keeping me warm. However on the first duck hunt the pockets were so shallow when I loaded them up with shotgun shells they fell out on the ground. It seems the bottom of the pocket opening is too low and allows items to fall out. Within the first week the zipper also broke on the one pocket and I probably only used it once. I will have to send it back. This coat is good enough to replace most high dollar duck hunting coats for warmth and without any bulkiness. If it had a good set of pockets on it it would be a 5 star."

"This jacket far exceeded my expectations. Not only was the camo pattern in great detail, but the quiet, windproof, and warmth features also exceeded my expectations. I hunted from a treestand for three days while wearing this jacket and the wind was no match for this jacket. As far as the scent elimination featured in this coat, I would have to say it works very well, as I had 11 deer down wind of me at 8 yards away, and they all had no clue I was there. I highly recommend this jacket. Thank you Cabela's for another wonderful product!"
