"I bought these pants this year because they were on sale and I wanted to try out the fleece. I typically use BDU-style pants with base layers when hunting, but I wanted to try something different. I hunt on the Georgia border and we see temperatures around freezing fairly regularly. I only have had the opportunity to try these out once so far, and I must say I am impressed with their performance in mid-30 degree temperatures and 10-15 mph winds. These pants, along with Cabela's thermals, kept the cold out. The Windshear fabric seems to do it's job. I also got the hooded jacket to match, and I just ordered a second set because I was so impressed with the fleece!"

"Like the pants however when you order try a size or two larger than normal. I wear 34 normally and ordered 36 and they were almost too small. The pants could be about an inch longer but most pants run a little short so they are par for the course. All in all they are very nice pants that fit well and can be moved in and still be very quiet. Pants have a really nice warm lining in them and they are very warm with only a base layer on under them. If the pants had adjustable lengths or came a little longer they would have received 5 instead of 4."

"Bought these pants in 08" and have been more than satisfied! The first morning of rifle season, it was 4 degrees and never got above 25 all day. These pants and some good thermals did the job. I will buy more."

"I really like these pants, soft, comfortable, very warm, roomy to layer underneath & should last for a long time. I did find that the windshear fabric had a little bit of noise to it at first, I solved that problem by washing my pants 4 times & it softened the fabric up & now it's dead quiet."

"I gave this a 3 rating only because I am returning these pants due to the fact the snap was never fastened to the pants when they were made. I really like them I just have mixed feelings about the snap, it is plastic and small so it may not hold up we will just have to see. i also am not recommending them to anyone yet because of the snap until I get the new pair then I will have to re-evaluate them and update this review."

"I bought the pants and vest to use deer hunting in IL 08. Temps mid teens to 35. They performed well in wind gusts to 30 mph. Light enough to pack when things warmed up. Worked well with other layers. They do pick-up burrs easily and there should be longer zippers, to the knee, to help on and off especially in the field."

"With the wind shear they are great whislt traveling around on the quad bike (ATV) in the cold. In Oz the prickles stuck to the fleece a little but warm with no wind. We have been riding around in 0-2 deg C most of the night they are good and the fit as per the sizes chart is good.
Happy with the product."

"Bought the pants to go with the hooded jacket and the combo looks to be awesome. Quiet, heavy, lined and it's roomy enough to have layers under for late season hunting. The folks that designed this clothing have spent some time afield. Very comfy, functional and I'm sure it'll be warm enought to handle the cold. Went with AP HD has it seems to be a better pattern for the late season woods (over the MOBU I usually wear). I can't wait for next season to try it out...."
