"Too heavy for walking, I don't wear pants this heavy at 30 below. Rediculously high rise, the crotch is at your knees or the waist is at your ribs. Unfortunately this is a common problem with Cabelas pants I've tried."

"I just got a chance to use my pants on a hunt in Louisiana. It was very cold down in the low 20's and into the teens with the wind chill. The pants performed better than expected because I stayed in the woods all day till after last light and never even got cold but I did have compression layer underneath the pants. They enabled me to take a mature doe.
The only thing I would have to say that's negative and really it isn't is that they need to make the same pants with a dry plus or gortex liner. The pants are well constructed and comfortable, a must have if you're serious about hunting in the cold!"

"I just wore these today for the first time and they are everything they say about them. They do run a little big and that is what I love about them. Kinda of heavy in weight so don't ware them on drives you'll sweat to death. They stopped the wind and felt great in the cold and this was the first time wait till they break in a bit. Don't be afraid to order these pants you be glad you did."

"I wore the jacket and pants for both bow and rifle seasons. I stalked to within 20-30 feet of several deer during rifle season through briars and thick brush without a sound. The clothes shed all but the really stubborn little stickers as well. I would recommend these to anyone. You will need to make sure to dress in layers depending on the weather."

"Great pants, quiet, warm, well fitted, and they wont get hung up on stuff on your way to the stand. The only complaint I have (not much of one) is that the camo pattern (MONB) is colored lighter than my other camo in the same pattern. Overall though, I am very satisfied.....Good Job Cabelas!"

"These pants are very warm and quiet to move around in. I have worn them with one set of thermals and stay toasty when the temperature is in the low twenties. The only drawback is they do collect whatever you brush against, but that is minor if you want extreme quietness."

"I would recommend over the scent-lok timber fleece 360. The Cabela's brand is built better and the Cabela's pants have the zippers on the legs so you can slip over the boots. True to size. A little pricey but you can catch them on sale but then again you only get what you pay for."
