"After reading reviews on many air rifles I selected this one. I am disappointed with this rifle. I thought I had it sighted in after a several hours of trial and error. The rifle did not come with very good instructions on sighting it in. I still do not have confidence that it is sighted in. It doesn't shoot consistantly. The description on Cabelas web sight said that it weighs a little over 8 lbs. It weights a little over 10 lbs. The cocking lbs probalby takes over 35 lbs. I am 6'3" and weigh 240, and after shooting it for a half hour, my arms get really tired from cocking it. I would really like to talk to the two people that rated it highly. Maybe I am doing something wrong on sighting it."

"I recently purchased the Beeman 1092 combo from Cabella's and received it in a timely fashon (thank you Cabella)) after firing the first shot, the safety locked up and prevented me from continuing. I then turned the gun upside down to analyze the problem and a circular clip fell out that was jamming the safety lever. Don't know what the clip was meant to secure. I could not sight "the gun in at any range, with either caliber, as the spread of the groups exceeded the size of the target (14"x 16") the set screw that secured the barrel to the breech had to be retightened after every five shots. The chronographed velocity of the .22 cal. averaged 625 fps, not the 850 fps as advertised, this rifle will be found as a special in my next garage sale!!"

"This fun was made for a larger man than me. I'm 5'4" and the stock is too long, triger length is 14.75. I took the web off the recoil pad with a belt sander. works fine. The dust caps for scope can't be used, scope mounted too low with mounts supplied with gun. Change out barell is easy and quick with site adj to elevation only. windage was on the money. Those are the only problems with this gun,every thing else is a plus. Delivery was faster than stated. Acurate, Powerfull,Good looking, and a lot more than I expected. Thanks CABELA'S"

"This Beeman is incredible. On the first day of use it took 5 minutes to sight in the scope which really impressed me. After I had it sighted in I shot 2 squirrels with ONE SHOT in the .177 barrel! In the .22 caliber barrel I dropped any varmit I saw and killed it immediately. What really impressed me was when I changed barrels it was only two clicks off between the .177 barrel and .22 barrel. The gun is high quality and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a new air rifle."

"the scope rings on the beeman 1092 combo do not hold the scope correctly. I had to remove a small slice of the hold down on the mount to get the scope to hit in a 1in circle at 40 ft . Beyond that the gun was fine and performs well."
