"The DVD was very helpful, however it did not go into Dried Sausage with no smoking or cooking. I did later find out you need Prauge #2 for cureing the meat in this style of sausage making and it turned out perfect. The DVD gave great learning info on how to use your grinder and different types of sausages out there."

"I wish Eildon was my next door neighbour. This DVD is packed with information. His sugestion on converting a fridge into a smoker is worth the price. He not only shows the method for making sausages he also gives you the recipes."
