"This DVD was a Christmas gift for our son. He was so delighted to receive the DVD, because he wanted to learn how to process his own Deer. This DVD shows him how to do this from field dressing, to the actual butchering. He liked it for the option to view it actually being done. The DVD allows a person to view this process over and over again, so that even the novice, can see how it is done."

"Of all the years of deer hunting, I didn't realize how much meat we were wasting until we bought this dvd. This year there want be much going to waste. Just wished we could have a cooler like the one in this dvd. I've passed this dvd around to all of my family members who deer hunt."

"I originally bought this DVD to help me deal with roast that were given to me from friends to make jerky. (Looking for the best way to debone them.) Last fall my fourteen year old son shot his first buck. The guide he was with said he would package the meat. The packages were three garbage bags. Two had whole legs (hoofs removed) and the other had the rest. With help of this video I was able to get a few roast and some butterfly steaks instead of making this all ground meat and stewing meat."
