"I have shot Muzzy broadheads ever since I have been whitetail deer hunting 15+yrs. I have always shot the 125 grain 3 blade heads with great results. When I seen the wider cutting width with the mx3 I was excited to try them then I realized the 3 blade were only 100 grain heads I was a little concerned. I shoot a heavy carbon arrow with a 125 grain head I've never had a lack of penetration EVEN with the less than perfect shot. I Just Got home from taking a large doe with the mx3 heads WOW excellent penetration even with the quarter away lung shot at 35 yrds. arrow laying on the ground were the deer had stood, hair everywere and a blood trail a amateur could follow. 25-30 yrds. there she lay.I was very impressed with entry and exit wound big gaping holes. Guys SIZE DOES MATTER and the MX3s will be the broadhead I have on my arrows. Until the Muzzy Gods create the next tool to our success"

"The directions were not 100% clear how to put them together, but I watched the video on the muzzy site and it was easy. Other than that these are great b-heads. Getting the practice blades is a really nice option because you can practice with the same brodheads you'll be hunting with."

"LIVE IN PITTSBURGH AND AM ALLOWED TO SHOOT SEVERAL DOE EACH YEAR. I KEEP USING THE SAME BROADHEAD AND JUST REPLACE THE BLADES. EXCELLENT PENETRATION AND CUTTING ABILITY AS EVIDENCED BY THE LACK OF DISTANCE THE DEER TRAVELED AFTER THE SHOT. VERY LITTLE ADJUSTMENT NEEDED WHEN SWITCHING FROM FIELD POINTS. GREAT BARGAIN."

Bad to THROUGH the bone,October 10, 2007

"After having great success with the original 3 blade 100 grain I had to try these out. I was lucky enough to harvest a deer and an elk this archery season putting these new Broadheads to the test. Shot on the deer went through a rib on entry and one on exit, then through a leg and went 15 feet past. Blades were straight with only the edges wavy. For the elk it was through a rib on entry and clean pass through going 20 feet past. Great entry and exit holes on both. Great blood trail but didn't need it because both went less than 60 yards. Shoot as good as any fixed blade Broadhead out there. A quick and easy blade change and were on for another hunt."
