"After reading all the reviews about this product, I figured ill give it a shot. After setting up the jig to my arrows and feathers, I found this jig to be very useful due to the lack of archery stores who really care about what they work on. I am very happy with this product. Just a helpful hint, your going to have to do a test run before you get serious with the glue."

"If you are a first time fletcher like I was, do yourself a favor and start with some old or broken arrows as this jig takes a little finesse and learning to get right. Once you as the operator does his/her part, the fletching comes out perfect. Pay very close attention to marks and clicks because there is some play in the plastic construction. At half the price of a metal jig, this a fine jig for moderate fletching needs."

"Overall i have no major complaints about this clamp. i've used it for regular 4 inch vanes and blazers and it works fine for both. setting it up is the only reason i gave it 4 stars. it took awhile and the instructions given were pretty vague. works great though after set up."

"I'm sure there is a way to make this jig work, but after staring at it for 2 hours I decided just to return it. Tried setting it up using an already fletched arrow and could not get the straight clamp to work at all. Had to adjust the jig all the way to the right just to make it close, and even then it was still off, and didn't allow for any offset whatsoever, and the tick marks don't correspond to reality. Even took it to an archery pro and he couldn't figure it out! Decided to take it back for a Bitsy, that, while more exspensive, is worth the money in saved frustration.
Also, the directions on this thing are a joke and the company is no help whatsoever. I love Boehnings vanes, but this products quality really lacks."

"gotta admit, it works good. Only thing you must remember is to wipe down clamp after each vane is fletched to remove any excess glue from clamp with a cloth. Small price to pay for an excellent fletcher."

"it seems to work fine, it takes a arrow or two to get adjusted the way i prefer for feathers to be set up. once your set up, you can feather along. the magnet is not as strong as i'd like but it does the job ."

"The product is a great jig, and easy to use, but it didn't come with everything advertised. I was under the impression that it would arrive with fletch tite adhesive, and that never came. Not a huge deal, but I had to go out and buy some to fletch my arrows."

"I bought this jig as my first jig to begin building my own arrrows and I couldn't be happier with it!! I've never built arrows before and was excited to get started. After 3 trail shafts ending in error, I got my offset dialed in and took off, within an hour and a half I had a perfect set of a dozen arrows wrapped, fletched, nocks in, and inserts installed ready to go!!! The vanes are all perfectly spaced, and glue isn't everywhere! The hardest part after getting it set up was handling the metal tube of glue! The index on this jig is perfect and the clamp is easy to use!! Only 4 stars because the instructions didn't have a letter about adjusting your offset, other than that, awesome jig, hope to make many more dozens of arrows with it!!!!"

"Bought this jig to repair fletching damage from my Whisker Biscuit rest. The instructions that came with the jig were very vague. Did not explain what the index marks on jig stood for or how to obtain any type of offset to the vanes. Contacted company and was told instructions were outdated and needed to be updated. Told me to disregard the index marks on jig. I obtained my offset by putting clamp on a good vane and adjusted jig from there. So if you are just going to repair a vane or two the jig will work. For serious arrow making and fletching buy something else !"

"I was sceptical about fletching my own arrows, using messy glue and being a first timer. But this jig along with the Elite Plastifletch vanes made it so easy, my 6 year old could do it. I was able to fletch an arrow every 5 minutes, and I know I could cut this in half with a little more experience. The glue was easy to apply without any mess at all. I would strongly recommend this for the price."

"I have not fletched my own arrows in 40 years but decided to try again as a cost saving project. This product is very reasonably priced and does an excellent job. Only complaint is the little "tick" marks are ineffectual in trying to set straight fletch. I purchased the straight fletch jig which allows for slight offset if so desired however, there are no tick marks to assist in adjusting the magnet for a straight fletch. It is a matter of "eyeballing" the vanes on the arrow prior to applying the glue and then setting them in place. Either that or I am missing something here. I have only fletched five arrows so I am still in the learning phase. Those arrows I did fletch look professional and fly perfectly. I have shot them approximately 100 times and they look as good as they did when first fletched."

"jig works pretty well. At first I was not able to move the clamp far enough away from the shaft to center the fletching on the shaft. The clamp magnet kept hitting the edge of the holder. After shaving off a little of the plastic from the holder with a razor and some sandpaper, I was able to adjust the clamp how I wanted it. Since then, I fletched my first dozen carbon shafts and had no problems. The magnet holds the clamp very securely and the gradations on the clamp allow for consistent placement of the fletchings every time. Mounted the jig on a short piece of 2x4 and that was enough to weight it down. Would certainly recommend this product. The price is much better than the Bitzenburger for the the only real difference being that it's plastic instead of metal."
