"Recieved the Cabela's premium dog bed for my 115 pound Golden Retriever. He is starting to move a little stiff in the mornings, so I thought it was time I bought him his own bed. He was so happy with it, I could tell. I came out in the morning and he wasn't sleeping on it. Instead a big puddle of urine was soaked into the middle of the bed. I'm blaming the cat, because it was so jealous of the dog. Keeping the dog bed and getting rid of the cat. Thanks Cabela's!"

"We purchased this bed for our 5 month old chocolate lab puppy and while it is a little big for her now she's growing so fast that she'll be grown into it in no time! We got her name embroidered on it and it looks fantastic. We've washed it once with no problems, fit back on top of the bedding without any hesitation. Our puppy loves it and sleeps through the entire night w/o a peep. Must be because she's so comfortable. It's a must buy!"

"I have bought a few of these over the years for my labs. I have replaced them every few years as the filling has become compressed. It is convenient (and necessary) to be able to wash the covers. My hounds love the beds."

"Look people...if your dog chews it, doesnt like it, or "can't get comfortable" (seriously?) this isn't the 'bed's' fault.
For an honest review of the product that doesn't take into consideration peoples dogs that are puppies or untrained... This bed is durable & washable. Yes, it is pillow like when you first get it. But after a dog lays on it for a day or two, its flatter.
I like the fact that you can hose off the cover (if you get the outdoor rated cover) or throw it in the tub and rinse it off. It's dry in minutes.
I have this bed for over 4 years. Just now looking to add some new stuffing or replace it."

"I purchased this dog bed for my 2 year old dog. She had a bed that she slept on but it was becoming an eye sore. Thought I would get her a better one. Altough this bed seems to be made very well, after a few months of having it I am still unable to get her to sleep on it. She sleeps on the floor instead. I am not sure why but , feel it was a waste of money."

"I have an eight month old golden retriever that sems to like it. It's easy to wash and held up pretty well to him chewing on it. There are two holes from his teeth, but the aren't freying. "This dog bed not only was about 4 weeks late being delivered, but arrived looking more like a big round semi-hard foam rubber pillow instead of a dog bed. It certainly did not look like this in the photographs on the website. Black Lab Dinah looks pitiful when we make her get on it as she sinks down in it so far that she peers over the protruding lumps with rather sheepish eyes. I'm sure she is wondering why she didn't get a nice flat matress type of BED to sleep upon like her two older lab pals instead of this silly "pillow". If I had not had the cover monogramed I would have returned it all immediately. Now we are both stuck with it until I can afford to buy her a proper dog bed sometime in the future."

"This is the second bed we have purchased and is far superior to the previous one. I can wash this on a regular basis (due to my Lab's alergies) and the material is strong enough that it does not rip from his scratching. He likes to sleep in his side with his legs stretched out in stead of curling into a ball and there is more then enough room for him to be comfortable. The padding is also firm enough that is holds his weight and doesn't colapse into nothingness. I also love that it is personalized and has HIS name on it."
