"Ordered drapes for 3 windows, out of all 6 panels I was able to match the lines and color on one window. The rest of the panels did not match at all, one was even sewn upside down and the stripes were reversed...the last thing to do on my remodel, and it was flawed,,,"

"I ordered a pair and they were perfect for my living room. So, I decided to order another pair for my dining room patio doors. The price is great and the plaid/colors are unique. I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else! One thing to be careful of, they fade a bit when washed, even according to the directions."

"I love the drapes. They go great with the bedspread and pillows. However, I do not like the exchange process. Filling out a sheet of paper and sending and item back through the mail gives me no way to track the item. I would rather have an online form for exchange so at least you know it's coming and have a tracking number. Also, sending out a email that you've recieved the item instock and that my exchange is in process would be great."
