"I really like this watch, I got the yellow face and it has performed well. The watch's glow-in-the-dark works very well.
One small problem....If you spray OFF (bug spray) and it gets on the face, it will smear and rub off the white numerals. Happened to me the first weekend I owned it, so the numbers have been smeared this whole time.
My brother found out the hard way too, and he finally just erased the numbers all together.
Kind of a buzzkill after you spend this kind of money."

"Very comfortable size. I need reading glasses, but I can tell time easily without the glasses due to the large hands and illuminated features. I don't dive anymore, but have had the watch underwater briefly for a few times without a problem. It's also a good looking watch and I have had several compliments."

"I got this watch as a b-day present from my wife and it has been awesome for about a year now. The watch is very tough, mine got run over by a fork lift while building a barn. All that happened was one of the lugs that the band pins to cracked. I super glued it and it has been perfect. Try that with a cheap sport watch or even a metal case watch. It still keeps time perfectly and the dial is almost too bright at night while predator hunting."

"I liked my first Luminox so much (Series II) I decided to buy another (Series I) yellow face about a year ago. The stem was extremely tight and broke recently when I went to change the time for DST. I had my receipt and went to Cabela's to return it, and get a new one. No hassle. Nice looking watch!"

"The watch keeps accurate time and the dial is very easy to read in the dark. The watch band is comfortable and easy to strap on. The watch face is a bit smaller than I expected, which makes it somewhat more difficult to scan quickly, compared to some larger watches I own, but overall it is a good watch for outdoor use."

"This product is everything you need, with nothing that you don't need. My first one dove the BVIs, USVIs, and the Keys and ... when it wasn't diving, it kept perfect time on my Harley until meeting an unfortunate accidental death. This replacement will surely live up to its predecessor."

"I asked my wife for one 0f these for a Chrstmas present hoping it woudl provide a high quality, waterproof watch for casual and recreational wear. I've had a quality watch with a metal band I have owned for 20 years, but the cheap watches I bought for sport just never lasted. With miminal wear, I was soon dissapointed. The rubber band somehow cracked, requiirng a replacement Most problematice, the watch body was plastic--notexpected in this price range, and the hole for the band pin got worn so that the pin/band comes off all the time."

"Open the box, tried the stem to set the time noticed it was already loose, set the time and tried to screw the stem down it just kept moving would not tighten down for the price nothing should be wrong with it. Can't belive Navy Seals would endorse this."

"I recommend this watch to anyone who likes waterproof wathces that can be read at night with out truning on a light. I truely love the way the numbers/face of the watch glows. The only problem I have had with this watch and every other watch I have owned is the band. Bands seem to be the weak link to every watch I have ever owned."

"I PURCHASED A LUMINOX DIVE WATCH ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO. LAST NIGHT, I WAS RELAXING ON THE FLOOR AND I TURNED TO CHECK THE TIME ON MY NICE ILLUMINATED WATCH. WELL, SOMEHOW, THE SECOND HAND MANAGED TO FALL OFF THE CENTER MECHANISM. I SEE THAT THIS HAPPENED TO AT LEAST ONE OTHER REVIEWER. FORTUNATELY, I FOUND THE RECEIPT AND TOOK IT TO THE CABELA'S STORE IN CENRAL TEXAS. I WAS PLEASANTLY GREETED AT THE RETURN COUNTER. I EXPLAINED WHAT OCCURRED AND WAS ASKED IF I WANTED A REPLACEMENT. THE REPLACEMENT WAS IN STOCK AND THE WATCH AND I WERE ESCORTED TO THE FRONT FOR EXCHANGE. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK MAYBE 10 MINUTES! I APPRECIATE CABELA'S 100% GUARANTEE POLICY AND STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING FURTHER PURCHASES AT CABELA'S. I HOPE THE NEW WATCH IS A LITTLE MORE DURABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND ONLY IF PURCHASED FROM CABELAS--AS I FOUND LUMINOX COMPANY TO HAVE QUESTIONABLE WARRANTY ISSUES."

"I bought this watch less than a year ago and it already fell apart. The crystal on the inside of the watch face broke off and slides around on the face. The date stopped spinning, and it constantly stopped ticking. When I read that this watch was made for the NAVY SEALs and built to go anywhere, I was looking for reliability, and that I did not find. The bill to get it repaired was also $120, not worth it."
