"I have never been disappointed with the Cablea's shorts that I have purchased. These shorts are well made out of material that will last a long time. The lenght is great. I am hoping that they come out with more colors for next year, since I have already purchased the only two colors they come in."

"I am a curvy 56 year old women who dresses conservatively. I have a small waist but larger hips and thighs. I have a difficult time finding shorts to fit. The length and fabric are good but the style is not good for someone with my figure."

"I generally prefer my hiking shorts to have some all-way stretch to them to allow for bouldering and climbing. These are very good in the "stand-up to wear" but lack any forgiveness to them."

"I have these shorts in the long pants style and I love them. I did not love the shorts. The cut was weird and caused them to buckle and fold about halfway down the front causing them to not look right. I returned them."

High waisted, but odd fit,

"Nice high waist, but like so many cuts now a days if you have an hourglass shape the waist is too large. Can take up the slack in the waist with a belt, but the belly area of the shorts just seems big in comparison to the legs. Nice long length and heavy fabric though."

"These pants are great and look nice for doing other things while you are out and about too. The front pockets also nicely store a couple bucks and a credit card in case you need them. They are comfortable and nice to wear. Hopefully, they also wear well. Other ripstop clothes I have had have done very well."

"I don't do shorty shorts anymore, so these were great at 9" inseam. elastic back fit snug, some give when worn awhile. lots of pockets, good color (stone) went w/everything, and were lightweight for easy traveling in all conditions.
legs were a little narrow fitting, would have liked a bit more width, but overall very satisfied. not much shrinkage so get your normal size"
