"I tried this product and all I did was waste three potatoes. The frame is made ok! but the rest is pure junk plastic. Some of the spikes that hold the vegetable fell out every time and the blades flex leaving a ledge that makes it necessary to fight each stroke and tears the vegetable up. I will be taking it back to Cabelas and wouldn't keep it if they offered it for $5."

"I tried this on onions with limited success. It mangled my bell pepper and only works marginally well for zucchini. I am returning this to the store as soon as I can."

"The safety handle seems to prevent food from slicing properly - food does not feed smoothly and comes out more crushed than sliced.
I would not recommend this - we are returning the one we bought."
