"I must say this rod is super nice for the money!! I have fished and own a number of rods from other high end manufacturers and believe this rod is way under priced for its quality and performance on the river. These rods are light, laser straight, and fish beautiful. The 9'6" medium or medium light, fast action spin rod will be one of your favorite steelhead rods in the rod rack. This rod works with most of my favorite techniques, from drift fishing small baits to float fishing smaller to medium size rivers. It really is a wonderful rod for those of us who like to get out of the drift boat from time to time and wade the river from run to run. I believe you will be very happy with this rod, kjames"
