"Ok, you just lost your favorite hardwood striker and wonder if Primos strikers are worth ahoot and there's nothing else to choose from. Well, with 30 or so yrs experience I can say they're OK and no better than any other less than custom type. If, you're REAL particular about your calling, look toward the custom/semi-custom strikers."

"I've tried these strikers on four different glass calls. I don't get it. Maybe I'm just not meant to use these kinds of calls. My best striker is the one that came with my Cody Turkline."

"I had purchased a Primos the freak slate call and loved it ... but I loved the grave digger striker the most and used it with other slates I had. I lost the grave digger in the spring when it fell out of my vest this was the most economic way to replace it .. the grave digger alone is worth the price as it produces great sounds."

"The Wooden strikers I enjoyed a lot very nice klucks, and purrs but the composite striker was not as easy to use and the sound quality was not the best."
