"Today is April 4th of the 2009. I got this call a couple of days ago because I wanted a new friction call that would bring the big boys in. I'll tell you this call does. Today me and a friend went hunting. We spotted a bird on the edge of a feild and drove around and walked in a small timber near him. I got out this call and a gobble shook the timber. A big longbeard came in and my friend shot it with his bow. We decided that we were going to try to get me a bird so we drove to another property that we had permission on. We spotted another bird and did the exact same thing except he had hens with him and I was using a shotgun. Two dead longbeards in one day with the primos ol' glory. You know that it is a good call when a 16 year old and 15 year old call in two longbeards and get both of them. Thank you primos and cabelas."

"I think this is a call that is very much worth its price. It makes very good sounds. The call sounds a little like a glass, but with a little more rasp. The protective cover is worthless because it never stays on this call. It is just a little too small. As soon as I got it on there it popped right off no matter what I did. It fit fine on my Knight & Hale Ol' Yeller. I think the striker is too soft, because it sounds pretty low pitched. I like the purple heart striker that came with my Ol' Yeller better. I would give it 5 stars if the cover stayed on and it had a purple heart striker. I would definitely recommend this call to anybody that wants a versatile pot call as long as you have a harder striker. Good Luck."

"I HAVE HAD THE OL' GLORY FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS NOW AND IN THIS AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE HARVESTED 5 TOMS (2 OVER 25LBS, AND ANOTHER TOM W/ 3 BEARDS) AND 3 JAKES ( ALL BETWEEN 17-19 LBS). I HAVE PASSED ON ALOT OF BIRDS TOO. I USE 3 MOUTH CALLS AND 1 OTHER FRICTION CALL BUT THE OL' GLORY IS MY BREAD AND BUTTER!! I BELIEVE IT MAY BE TIME TO PURCHASE ANOTHER OL' GLORY B/C MINE IS PRETTY WORN NOW. I RECCOMMEND THIS CALL TO EVERYONE!!"

"This call has proven to work year after year. It stores well and sounds just as well season after season. Its not the most expensive or elaborate call out there but my brother has called in 2 birds in the last 2 season with this call and I have never seen a bird gobble the way these birds respond to this call."
