Nice call,

"I like it...It does work...you need to sand it for days first though. clucks easy, purrs easy too...But gotta keep sanding. The best part is that it straps to either your leg or the stock of your scattergun. Could do with a better striker though."

"Very good call works well with a lot of diferent strikers.Good sound had two birds in close the first day I used it, just jakes so no shooting next morning called one in for a friend nice bird 8" beard call works real well"

"Really nice slate call, not too sure what frictionite is but it works. Two buddies bought them after trying it once; easy to make real nice purrs, clucks and yelps. Sits on the leg or shotgun stock nicely and can be as loud or quiet as needed. The gravedigger stiker goes well with this slate but also others. No complaints"

"THIS FRICTION CALL IS AMAZING. I USE ALOT OF TURKEY CALLS, BUT THIS CALL IS MY FAVORITE. I USE A BOX CALL DIAPHRAM CALL, CROW CALL, OWL HOOT CALL ETC.... YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED WHEN YOU GO TURKEY HUNTING. IF YOUR READING THIS TO FIGURE OUT WHICH FRICTION CALL YOU SHOULD BUY LOOK NO FARTHER. I'VE SHOT PLENTY OF TURKEYS WITH THIS CALL WITH MY BOW AT LESS THAN 10 YARDS IN MY BLIND ALSO FROM CABELAS. GOOD LUCK!!!!!"

"This is without a doubt the best slate call I have ever used. The only thing that is frustrating is when you first use it you need to sand down the striker and that slate face. Then it is so simple to use and puts out exremely realistic sounds. I would reccomend this call to anybody."

"This is a nice call. i like the fact that it straps to the shotgun. It has a perfect sound. only downfal is it seems to need constant sanding. it loses friction the more you call. just keep a strip of fine grain paper on you and you'll be making beautiful music all day long. might buy a different striker to increase amount of hens im producing."

"I have used this call since it was first introduced on to the market, and recently cracked the slate surface. It still sounds perfect even with a crack in it, but I purchased a new one just in case.......like a hunting partner, every hunter needs one!"
