Primos Gobbler Shaker Call,

"I ordered this call near the end of the spring gobbler season. It was a bit late for the local toms to respond as they were no longer very vocal. However, the call sounds great and is loud enough to be heard from some distance. I recommend this call.
I would give this call a 5 rating if I had been able to get a tom to respond to it. I'm looking forward to next season."

"Every turkey hunter should have one of these in there arsenal. It has worked for me when nothing else has, getting a gobbler to close in the last few yards. and is a great locater call too."

"This is my second one. I wore the first one out after six years. I don't think it sounds that great. The turkeys do though. It's very easy to use and the end cap keeps it quiet when not in use. I take it with me all the time."

"This call is good for beginners but it does not make a mature gobble and the cackles and every thing you cant get out of this call. It makes a great Jake gobble and a OK squeak. One other thing is when you shake it like in another review to have to shake it violently and when you do it scares the birds."

"This was my first year hunting spring gobbler. I bought this call about a week before opening day. The very first morning it was wet and rainy, I had roosted a gobbler the night before. That morning I sat up and shook my gobbler, my first call had three gobblers respond all three came in about fifteen yards before I took the second one. I recomend this call to anyone. It works great as a locator and for bringing them in. The muffle cap keeps it quiet while your walking through the woods or not using it. Some reviews say that it don't sound like a turkey at all but you have to shake it pretty violently or it just sounds like a dying dog. I don't go in the woods without this call...this is a great call."

"Definitely not a novice call. Takes some practice to get used to. Silencing cap is a huge help, totally quiet in transit. It would be helpful if Primos would add a feature to tune the diaphram of the call. Sound could be a little better. Overall, a good call, very practical."
