Couldn't Get Line Through The Eye Of Hook,June 20, 2009

"I bought one of these in the 1/8 oz size and went to use it for the first time yesterday. Found that the eye of the hook was painted or glazed over. Tried to break through it with a couple of different things but couldn't do it. Better inspect them before you put them in your tackle box to make sure you'll be able to thread the line through the eye."

"These are replacements for one's I have lost or gave to my freinds to try. If your a fisherman you know you have to have an arsonel of things in the box. I feel that this is a good one to have. I won't tell you it's the first thing I put on my line, but have used them many times and with good results."

"This is a great lure. I catch a lot of pike and bass on these. The only reason I rated it 4 was it rips a lot so don't gust get 1 buy the whole set or a lot of minnows. Also get the spinner blade it helps get more bites. My dad doesn't use anything elese."

"For making the mimic minnow. One of my go-to lures for active fish (i.e. whitebass during april/may). Outfishes other lures almost every single time I fish. Catches all types of gamefish from walleyes to northerns. I love using the 1/4 ounce in deeper water and the 1/8 ounce in shallower water. Retrieve it like a spinnerbait, not too fast, not too slow."
