The Thumper? Jig is new and features a Blood red Lip-Stick? wounded bait hook and deadly "thumper" belly blade that flashes and flutters to lure' em in and trigger' em to strike. Need better hooks, November 18, 2008

"The jig seems to be ok. But the biggest let down is the hook. The hooks seems to be so thin & can be bent very easily by hand. Dont thing the jig will last if hit by a 2+ kilo fish."

"I used the 1/16 and 1/8 ounce jigs in Canada along with Gulp minnows and caught quite a few walleye, smallmouth bass and northern with it. I believe the little spinner blade really helps attract fish compared to a plain jig. I also have used them for perch fishing on Lake Michigan and had very good results. I only wish that there were a few more color patterns to pick from."

"I use these jigs during Texas' White Bass Run. I like the 1/4 oz. jig with a 3in. yum twist tail. For about the same price as a Road Runner you get so much more: Red hook finish, double bait keeper prongs (that really work well), and a superior painted finish. For comparison I gave this product a 5 star rating. I would rate a Roadrunner at 3 stars.
