"Compared to other trout worms I have used these are not worth the money. They are stiff and do not present a natural look. I did hook a fish though, a crappie in the side. Saave your money and learn how to rig your own worms..."

"I caught trout trolling these behind a small dodger. The upside is they catch trout and they are simple to use. The downside is the hooks are small so the hook-up ratio wasn't great, and they were out performed by flasher/crawler combo. I will still use them when I don't feel like threading crawlers."

Excellent day time lure for trolling,February 5, 2008

"I've found the trout worm to be an excellent daytime lure for bluegill, sunfish, crappie, perch, and largemouth bass. I use pink in daylight, but at dark they turn off to the pink color. The trailer hook caught a lot of extra fish, as gills and sunfish would hit it from behind. Instead of having numerous taps from gills nibbling the back of a rubber worm, they're hooked. Bass and crappie take the lead hook. I trolled slowly over weed beds in 4' - 15' of water, but the big supprise was catching large gill and sunfish in 2' - 4' of water with a sandy bottom and no cover in the middle of the day in full sun. I use no extra weight, let out 15' to 40' of line depending on depth, but have the best luck running 1' above the weed bed. When I hit a spot, I'll spin around and go over it again. I've run out of battery and started the gas motor to troll numerous times. It didn't make a difference."

"The Ike-Con Rigged P-Wee Trout Worms are worth a try ... I used them one day when nothing else seemed to work and had some fun with some small bass, panfish (no trout, though) and even got a nice surprise when a 15-inch pickerel sucked in my green Trout Worm and gave me quite a tussel on my ultra-lite rod and 4-pound test ... buy a bunch of them and give them to kids ... and then watch them have fun, too."
