Best Hard Gun Case I've Ever Seen,April 14, 2008
By RG1956from Lovettsville, Virginia
"The Americase Premium firearm case is undoubtably the finest hard shotgun case I've seen. I purchased the 30" SSOU with space for an extra barrel set. Solid construction, the best piano hinge and locking hardware available, and the fit/finish is perfect. The interior felt lining is pretty standard and could have been upgraded a bit, but it is fine for my application. I feel like I should get a new shotgun just to justify the case."

American premium Cases,July 3, 2009
By Russell391from California
"I have owned 2 American cases for many years and I have been very happy with them. My only complaint is they are more of a decorative low impact case. They are very durable and will protect your firearm well but they do scratch easily. I use mine for trips to the range and back. Really nice looking cases but taking them into the wilderness might cause them damage."

Americase Two Barrel Breakdown Shotgun Case,November 3, 2008
By Allan423from Tennessee
"I own at least 20 of these cases, and they are all superb! This one was a special bargain at a price at least $100 off retail. I highly recommend these cases, especially at this price."

Americase,September 23, 2008
By MWMWfrom TN
"High quality interior, exterior, and latches. I have experienced absolutely no damage to cargo during flights. Nice interior design and materials minimize shifting of cargo. Only downside is case is heavier to carry than most. That may help in crush resistance, maybe or maybe not in verticle drops."

Trim Case with Flaws,June 8, 2008
By lpasztorfrom Carlisle, PA
"My single Americase rifle case is trim and fairly lightweight. The "Made in USA" workmanship is apparent throughout. However, ther are some significant flaws. The handle on my case broke in half. It is cheap plastic which is totally inconsistent with the high cost of the case. The good news is that Americase is sending out a replacement handle under warranty although they initially wanted to charge me for one. There is also an issue with the locks. If you lose the tiny keys , you are in trouble. Of course the same is true with any lockable case. But there are more issues with the locks. The small locks do not seem to be as rugged as the latching sytems of other cases that have the bar that goes through each latch. On those systems you can secure the bar with a tough padlock which provides significantly more security than the small locks on the Americase. Moreover, the combination lock on the Americase is really unnecessary. Unless snob appeal is important to you, the Cabela's Bullet Proof cases are a far better choice in just about every respect."

Too Big,February 21, 2008
By TopHayfrom WA
"Excellent product but way too big. I thought it would be nice to not break down my guns for travel. Unfortunately, breaking down my guns would be much easier than finding room for such a large piece of baggage... Time to buy the smaller version!"

Americase Premium Firearm Case,June 25, 2007
By DesertStallionfrom Mesa, Arizona
"Air travel or UPS can be hard on a gun case. However, this Americase is strong and sturdy and it has locks on the four hasps as well as having a main combination lock.
Inside along with the foam there is a stout tie down for my rifle. And it is a one gun case, perhaps the only one that I will trust to convey my GGrandfather's Civil War sharpshooter rifle.
I spent several years looking for his gun and once found cost me a fair amount. This heirloom, however, is precious to me and family for many reasons. Would I ship the rifle in a lesser case. Not on your life. I only want the best for his muzzleloader."

Money Well Spent,April 2, 2007
By shootemupfrom Elko Nevada
"The Americase pistol case was even better than I expected. Why would anyone transport hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of firearms in anything less than a high quality case. I would definately buy another Americase product."
