"I bought the Harpoon model of Costa del Mar. Man what great lens in these glasses! They are so clear you forget you have them on after awhile. The readers at the bottoms allow me to leave my drugstore readers at home. These are better than any other sun glasses I've owned. Well worth the bucks...oh wait I bought them with Cabela's Card points. Now that is a deal."

"I finally forked out the money for a good pair of glasses and am glad i did i have used every pair out there and the Costa harpoon frame with the 580 glass lens is the best. Make sure you get the proper frame size I o most made a mistake and got the fathom frames witch were a little small for me luckily my buddy had them and i got to try them on. So in review Costa 580 lenses rock you can see everything underwater and they eliminate all glare I got the new silver mirror lens by the way and use them in salt and fresh and work great in both. Also try all the different frame sizes on to see witch fits you the best."

"I used these glasses chasing muskies and smallmouth bass recently for two weeks, and found thet they let me see clearly in greatly differing light conditions. My eyes didn't get tired after long days on the water. Plus with the "cheater" lenses I didn't have to switch back and forth between reading glasses and sunglasses when retying baits or looking into a camera screen. Two thumbs up!"

"I ordered and received the sunglasses just before we went on vacation to the beach. Since having purchased them, I have used them on ocean and lake waters - definitely noticed the improved vision. Additionally, they are comfortable enough to wear all day. These are by far the best sunglasses I have ever owned - Costa Del Mar has a customer for life.
While the price is a little high, you get what you pay for - which is quality. I went with the 580 Glass lenses over the polycarbonate lenses as I believe they will be more scratch resistant.
Finally, the green lenses are not as green as they appear in the catalogs or on-line."

"I used my pair of the green mirror tinted sunglasses on Seneca Lake this past weekend and they were fantastic. I was able to see clearly through the water and to a greater depth than the other fishermen on the boat.
A couple things to note, however, the "green mirror" tint looks little like it does in the image. They are not that green, and they are not that mirrored.
It took a few attempts for Cabela's to get the correct pair of sunglasses to me, but they did finally arrive before my trip and I am very happy with the product."

"I have had a set of Harpoons for about 2yrs now and they are really wonderful! They are just a little heavier than plastic lense sunnglasses but they are really solid and it's almost impossible to schratch these lenses. Step up to these and you find that all the Oakleys you have ever had were a total waste of money."
