"This product has treated me very well here in the tennessee valley. "This lure has become my hard bait of choice for New Mexico walleyes. I slow troll these along rock ledges just off the drop offs from flats to deep water. Blue and silver seem to be the most effective. I wouldn't go near my favorite like without several in my tackle box."

"I fish Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota alot. The Cotton Cordell Walleye Diver is my number one go to crank bait YEAR AROUND. It's body action drives the walleyes crazy. The number CD6 seems to be the best size, and the gold seems to be the best color. I use it off the deep flats with snap weights and boards, up on top of the flats and over the shallow rocks. I can cover alot of water and depth ranges with this bait. I never got skunked once this year using the Walleye Diver, and I out fished all my buddies. I would recomend this bait to every body."

"Next to live bait, I have caught more walleye on this lure than anything else. I stumbled into using these lures by accident. I purchased a lot of lures just for one collectible in the lot. I seen the wally diver and decided to give it a shot. I was fishing from shore where a feeder stream entered into the Kankakee River. There is a lot of downed logs in the river so I figured I would lose the lure. Eventually I did, but not before I picked up 5 walleye and 2 smallmouth bass. It was the green, chartreuse and orange colored one. I now own about 50 different colors/sizes of this model. My friend has had great luck trolling these for king salmon and steelhead in lake Michigan. He uses the red and back one.
They also troll well down break lines and over humps and through flats. The floating version doesn't hang up as much as I thought it might.
I also am looking forward to using the jointed version next season."
