"I recommend the floor liner. It helps protect your tent floor and helps keep it clean as well. Very easy to clean, just pull it out and shake off debris. However it doesn't fit my 8-man tent perfectly. could be a little bit bigger but it gets the job done. Too bad it's not USA made."

"Get this liner! It secures very easily with the provided "tees" and does not move at all once installed. Uninstalls just as easy at the end of your trip. It saves wear and tear on your tent's base floor and doesn't even look as though you have a liner. Made from very tough fabric, you would be well advised to get this addition to your tent."

"The tent is a big investment. This floor liner helps protect it. Acts like a sock does in a hiking boot, reducing friction, and wear and tear on the tent floor. You can clean it separately, which could end up being awesome (ever been in a hot tent scrubbing odors out of the floor?). If you need to, you could just get a new one of these. Also nice to have it separate for purposes of distributing the load of this behemoth tent among people (wish there were more stuff sacks available with the tent proper for that purpose, now that I think of it). Would absolutely recommend."

"This will be short and sweet. Good quality. Thick enough to stand up to the abuse it is meant to endure. "If you spend an extended period of time in a tent, debris will start to accumulate on the floor no matter how careful you are to keep clean. As a rule, I try to take my shoes off before I enter my tent. But there are times I don't. I realized that grass, dirt, sand, etc. would get past the edges of the floor liner like it did. So the little bit I had to clean up around the outer edge of the floor after I removed the floor liner didn't bother me too much. I bought it to make clean up easier. And it did just that. Just a fraction of the time it would've been. I'm glad I bought the floor liner."

"We bought this before camping for a week in the Alaskan guide model tent with 4 small children.....anyone who's camped with small children knows its impossible to keep the dirt and mud and sand and rocks and sticks and leaves...etc....out of the tent. So at the end of the week when we unfastened the liner and shook it out outside, there was no mud on the tent floor!!! We slept on cots and they didn't do any damage to the tent floor. The fasteners at each corner hold it in place and keep it from sliding around, it is very well made and worth every penny. My only wish is that it was a little more generous along the edges , it didn't quite go all the way to the edge of the tent and so a little dirt found its way around it. If you were not camping with small children, you could probably avoid that problem. But it would be nice if it went all the way to the sides and maybe has just a bit of a lip to keep dirt from getting pushed around the edges. Still, we camped in the rain for most of the week and the liner kept all the mud off. Excellent idea!"
