"The bimini top I ordered was of exellent quality but could have had better instructions as to assembly.
For example you cant tell there is a front and back until you have the suport bars in place.
There is no way one person could install this by themself.
The top is high quality and of good sturdy construction.

"I am very please with this bimini top. First class materials, fit and finish. Very stable even in strong winds. Only criticism is the instructions are a little obtuse. Suggest you read them three times before starting assembly. They would be much better with pictures instead of illustrations. Also, the installation instructions called for 5/8" #8 screws but supplied 1" #6's which were too long and too small. Neither of these issues take away from the quality or performance of this top."

"Bimini was easy to install. Hardware quality and top material was great for the price. The only problem as others stated the clips loosen at higher speeds. I will have to design a fix."

"Product was easy to install. Only problem was the screws that came with it were a bit small and weak. Replaced with larger and stronger stainless steel screws. Overall seems like a good product for the price. Would recommend."

"I found that the install instructions were not very detailed. Had to use shimes in order to get mounting brakects to fit to line up with support arms " This i had to figure out" was not mentioned in installation instructions.
Overall the workmanship of the pruduct was satifactory just wish that the install instructions were more detailed."

"The directions for assembling the ribs is incorrect, just the opposite is true. The inside holes provide the greatest width.
The screws that come with the kit must be for a fiberglass boat, I installed mine on a Bass Tracker and had to buy metal screws and tap threads into the boat. Its easy to set-up and nice and cool underneath."
