early morning surf fishing, March 11, 2008

"Went surf fishing at melbourne beach Fla. feb 28
it was cold and windy. Everybody were using shrimp
to target pompano. I 'm from ohio so I dont know any
better. I put on a 2 inch peeler crab 0n one of my rods.
I sit down on my 5 gallon bucket and BAMM, an 8 lb
black drum. I Bait up again and Bamm, a 12lb black drum.
Again I bait up and Bamm. a shark. I cut the line. Didn"t
want near this guy even thouth he was small. I throw
out again and another 8 lb black drum. Now comes the
treat. Threw out and Bamm a tarpon. He Was also small
I"d say 30 inches long. I got this bait to go red fishing,
but since it was so cold I went surf fishing. I"d tell every
surf fisherman on the space coast to take this bait along
next time and see what you can do."

Great for redfish, October 22, 2006

"I used these baits for the first time today. In a total of 20 minutes of fishing two baits I caught a 32 inch redfish, a 27 inch redfish, two 18 inch reds and a 19" Stripped Bass. I couldn't believe how well theses work. I was using the 2" amber/glow model."
