"What a great jacket and for North Carolina it is something that will keep you warm 99% of the time all fall and winter no matter what the weather is. It has a nice smooth collar that will keep the snow from blowing down your neck. The pockets are large and roomy to hold a number of items, whatever you may choose. The embroidery was very nice and oh yea did I mention the GREAT PRICE.

"This is the second jacket like this one that I have purchased. I got two years of wear out of the first one until the zipper malfunctioned. I preferred the color green on the first one but this one is blue and that is acceptable. I bought the x/l and it seems to be a true size. I wore it in Minnesota during the winter and was very comfortable."

"This jacket has kept me warm on cold weather canoe trips, outdoors in the woods during deer season and has served as a good light rain jacket over my workwear on casual days at the office. I live in the South and other than occasions where I need to "dress up," I have yet to seriously need any other jacket. When the snow hit in early March, I put on a fleece pullover under it; plenty of protection. And it looks good, too.
Now, there is a reason I knocked off one star in the review; the pockets are pretty weak. They're side pockets, not top to bottom pockets. My cell phone fell out (was recovered though) in a snow drift; my keys have fallen out a time or two. I quit using them to store things. The pockets also lack good insulation because they're simply exterior pockets that don't go into the lining. Would I buy it again? Darn tootin'. Got one for my brother who has everything as a gift; he wears in more than all his other jackets combined. Great product."
