We knew you needed more than just 100% protection from every biting snake in North America, so we
outfitted these boots with a 100% waterproof Aquashield® lining to completely lock out all
moisture and did it for the amazing low price of $89.95. The rugged 1,000-denier nylon
uppers are 15" high and backed by Snakeguard liners for field-proven, fang-stopping performance.
Outfitted in Mossy Oak® camo and accented with leather trim for added strength. But we didn't
stop there. A removable polyurethane cushioned insole absorbs the shock of your stride, and the
aggresive tread on the bob outsole gives you rock-solid footing on virtually any surface. Uninsulated
for early-season comfort.
Average weight: 4.2 lbs./pair.
Camo pattern:Mossy Oak® New Break-Up™.
Men's sizes: 8-13 medium and wide widths. Half sizes to 12.

Birthday Gift for my son,November 4, 2009
By 1sttimebootbuyerfrom South Carolina
"I recently purchased the waterproof snake boots for my 16 year old son who loves to hunt. We live in South Carolina and have quite a few poisonous snakes that he could come in contact with while he is out in the woods. Fortunately, we have not had any hunting incidents where I can comment on the snakeproofing of the boots, but he loves wearing them. I was concerned that being new boots they could hurt his feet so I told him to "break them in" before he went hunting. Like most teenagers, he just put them in the closet until it was time to go. I was concerned that his feet would hurt, but he says they are very comfortable and didn't hurt his feet at all."

Not 100% Waterproof,September 30, 2009
By Al1from Illinois
"100% Waterproof. Nope. The tongue gussets only go halfway up the boot shaft. At that point the water will pour in. The shaft may be waterproof, but the major holes caused by the missing tongue gussets aren't. When I'm hunting, I may think about where I am when standing in water in relation to the top of the boots, but I don't want to worry about where I am in relation to waterproofing by the tongue of the boots. They are headed back. Would I recommend these to a friend. Yes, but only if they weren't worried about wet feet."

Snake boot,September 30, 2009
By TennHunter65from Tn
"I order these boots for an early season hunt in South Mississippi; although the season hasn’t opened I did wear the boots for a few hours just to test. I found the boots to be extremely uncomfortable. My legs ached for a couple hours after removal."

snake boots,September 1, 2009
By jsandfrom south texas
"since I purchased these boots I have used them on 3 different occasions and have found them to be the most comfortable hunting boots I have ever owned. The water proofing is real and while the boot shaft is very tall it is easy to move around in them."

Immediately comfortable,June 16, 2009
By Chuck46from PA
"I ordered these boots later than I should have to be able to break them in before our late Spring Turkey hunting. This late season trip was not expected, so only a minimal time to break-in these boots was possible. They are amazingly light, and they were comfortable for two days of up and down hills with essentially no break-in. Fortunately, I did not test the capability of the boots to prevent a skin puncture from a snake bite."

Good bang for the money,May 11, 2009
By DavidF01from Celeste, TX
"I like the way it looks. It keeps you dry enough if you do not exceed 8" of water. Traction of the sole is not as much as I expected but it is alright. Altogether, I give it an 8. I cannot comment on the snake gaurd feature since I have been fortunate not to use it yet. Hopefully it will work when the I confront a snake."

The Best Boots I have Ever Owned/Seen!!!,April 21, 2009
By mlbnyypaintballerfrom Collinsville, MS
"Okay guys and girls, here goes:
I purchased these boots about 1-2 months ago for safety reasons. You see I live in Misssisspi and down here us young people really enjoy hobbies such as paintball, and airsoft; however, the recent economic downtimes has left us with not many fields to go to. So, my friends and I decided to build our own place in my woods, which is well known for its inhabiting snakes like the cottonmouth, rattlesnake, and copperhead; my awareness of this lead me to purchase these boots.
I guess you can say unfortunately, I have not been able to test them against a snake; however, I did test them out with a hatchet. I ventured out into the woods with my recently sharpened hatchet and began chopping down briars and small tree limbs. I came to this one stubborn limb that just refused to go down. The more I chopped the more frustrated I got, so I became reckless. My final chop consisted of me swinging as hard as I could, keep in mind I am 6'2" and used to be very good at baseball, which didn't end so well. My frustration had lead me to not realize the limb was already severed. I swung completely through the already severed limb and stopped my momentumus swing when the sharp end of my hatchet struck my left shin!!! I immediately dropped the hatchet in fear of expecting blood to be gushing out of my shin, that is if the bone wasn't severed as well. However, to my amazement there was not even a dent left in my skin; the boot took all the force and did not give even the slightly!!! The material was not cut or anything! This should prove that a snake will not stand a chance against these things!!!
Also, I have been in water numberous times that reached almost the top of the boot and stayed dry at cotton. Another important note for some people... I am used to 90 degree weather with horrific humidity and these boots are great for that. I actually sweat more in some of my tennis shoes than these things!!! Also, I have used them in 20-30 degree weather with a couple pairs of thick socks on. During that time my feet never became cold!!! Lastly, some people have complained about the feeling of these boots. Yes, you may need to break them in before you adventure into the wilderness; however, there is not a shoe on earth except maybe flip flops that would not need this done!!! Also, they are very confortable... I am seriously considering leaving my tennis shoes at home next time we play airsoft and use these; THEY ARE THAT COMFORTABLE!!!
In my own opinion these are the best boots I have ever owned or seen for that matter. The price is right and the quality actually exceeds the price!!! Get them you will not regret it!!! I hope this review helps and I want to wish everyone the best in whatever they do!!! God Bless!"

jungle boots,February 15, 2009
By jungletomas
"I bought these boots to survey my property in Costs Rica , where the nasty flore de lance pit viper is prevalent. I didn,t see any snakes, but felt safer wearing the boot. I recommend breaking in the boot by wearing it for a few days before your intended use and also i would buy a half size larger. I had to take out the rubber insole for them to be comfortable."
