"The cover fit my 18 foot I/O very well and even fit over my trolling motor and downriggers. The material is very good quality and the design would be hard to improve. Very easy to attach and remove."

"great cover,i bought it a little large to cover the size of the trolling motor.it turned out to be great move.we have not had a week without rain since early may and the inside of my boat is dry as a bone.tent pole comes with top and bottom feet which is also a plus.only drawback i have found is that it faded in color within one month but as long as it does its job i can live with that."

"I like this boat cover because it has extra "wind straps" that go over the top of the cover to keep it from flapping as much while trailering. The price differential over the 300 denier model is small but the increase in quality is worth the extra money. Buy this one!"

Boat Cover had no instructions,
July 6, 2009
By LynxLakeAngler
from Bush Alaska (Susitna River Valley)
|
"Great shipping and delivery. Sturdy material, appears well made. One major complaint is that it had absolutely no instruction on how to assemble the straps, no details or schematics or even a written directions of which straps (there are 2 different types and sizes) to use on which clips on the cover. We had to guess and were left with several left over straps. Where were the instructions??????????????????"

"I own an old, old 15 1/2 ft. fiberglass boat that I recently restored, including the wood seats. So, in an effort to keep the seats from weathering I was in need of a boat cove. The universal cover I purchased fit well and seems to be of good quality."

I like it!,
May 30, 2009
By Prairiewolf

|
"My previous cover for my 19-foot runabout cost 4 times as much as I paid for this one, and I hated it. The elastic in it was so strong it was very difficult to put on. This one was very low-cost and it's a cinch to put on and take off. Maybe it won't last real long but I'll just buy another when it wears out. The 17-19 ft. fits my 19 ft. boat very well, not at all too short. The vents are a plus, and the cats cannot get in the boat."

Universal Fit Boat cover,
October 6, 2008
By Swenster
|
"I checked around the area to find a canvas company that would build a custom cover for my 16 ft. Lund fishing boat anad the quotes came in anywhere from $400. to $550. for a basic cover. After looking at the Cabela's catalog I found one that I thought would be close. Close.....It fit perfectly and has been through some bad weather so far and it is dry inside. Again, Cabela's came through like everything I have bought from them. Very good product at 25% the cost of the other covers I had to pick from."

Great Cover for the Price,
August 4, 2008
By Darlo15

"I needed a cover for my 12' aluminum boat while trailering it. The cover arived quickly and in good condition. It fit the boat quite well. The only drawback was the lack of instructions on how to use the included tie-downs but a little experimentation and common sense solved the problem."

"This boat cover was something I needed. It fit properly the first time I used it and I like the way the straps hold the cover when trailering the boat. A good purchase, and a good quality material. I hope to have this for many years and will purchase another if and when the time comes."

Great cover over-all,
July 1, 2008
By HappyFisherWoman
from Utah
|
"The color of this cover is neutral, so it goes fine with most colors of boats. The straps are easy to use and we like that they go across the whole boat. The cover did balloon up a bit near the windshield when towing, but we just adjusted the straps there and it worked out fine. Great value for the money and it comes with a storage bag."

Universal fit boat cover,
June 3, 2008
By BK1234
|
"I liked the quality and craftmanship of the cover, however it did not fit my boat. I have a 16 foot aluminum jon boat with a blunt V front. The cover was too narrow across the V front, lacking about 2" on each side to fit. I have exchanged for a cover to fit a wider beam and hope it is a better fit.
I gave the cover 2 stars because I felt that as a universal fit cover, it should have been wide enough across the nose to accomodate my boat."
