song. The blue LCD is displayed on a UV-stable faceplate. Front auxiliary input jacks allow you to hook

an MP3 player or iPOD. The weatherproof radio housing has a spring-loaded, flip-up door. Speakers are
60 watts each, 6.5" coaxial speakers with one-piece basket design. Includes speaker mounting
hardware.

"I bought this for my 26 foot boat. We do many hours of trolling with downriggers and now we can enjoy our music while we wait for the next fish. Very happy with this stereo system. We did add two more speaker up on the flying bridge. Can't beat it for the price."

"I held off purchasing a stereo for years. I ordered this online and it shipped before I expected it to. I installed this on our 24 ft. Pontoon boat, with the speakers it came with, along with 2 more speakers. WOW! what a system, and no skipping whatsoever. Great product. Easy installation."

HAD TO REPLACE THE FACTORY ORIGINAL,July 15, 2008

"THE ORIGINAL FACTORY RADIO IN MY DECKBOAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SEA WORTHY AND IT WAS NOT WATERPROOF. IT WOULD TURN ON IF IT GOT ANY RAIN EVEN WITH THE COVER ON THE BOAT AND CONTINUALLY RUN THE BATTERY DOWN. SO I PURCHASED THE JENSEN STEREO SYSTEM WITH THE WATER PROOF COVER AND COMPLETE SET. I DID HAVE TO CUT THE HOLE IN THE DASH BOARD BIGGER BUT IT DID NOT TAKE THAT LONG. USE A STRAIGHT EDGE AND SHARP UTILITY KNIFE AND YOU CAN GET NICE CLEAN CUTS THROUGH THE PLASTIC BY SCORING. SO FAR THE RADIO LOOKS AND SOUNDS VERY GOOD. IT HAS A POSITIVE CLICKING ON AND OFF BUTTON WHICH MAKES ME FEEL MORE CONFIDENT THAT THE RADIO IS ACTUALLY OFF WHEN I LEAVE THE BOAT MOORED AT THE DOCK. NOTHING LIKE SHOWING UP FOR A WEEKEND TO FIND A DEAD BATTERY. CABELAS HAD THE RADIO IN STOCK. I PURCHASED THIS ONE BECAUSE I HAD HEARD OF JENSEN BEFORE AND IT WAS A COMPLETE PACKAGE WITH SPEAKERS, WATERPROOF COVER AND ALLOWED FOR A HOOK UP OF MP3 PLAYER. I HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE PATCH CORD YET TO TRY IT OUT. (IT WAS NOT INCLUDED) I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PACKAGE, IT SOUNDS GOOD AND WASN'T TOO BAD TO INSTALL."

"This thing is great compared to my OE "Sea Worthy" not sure of the model number... The Jensen sound quality is great up to about 70 (out of 100 on the volume) but then it starts getting pretty distorted - this the 4 instead of the full 5 stars. This kit is plenty loud for any watercraft up to probaby 30 feet. I have a Pro Craft 180 combo and it is way loud enough with just the two speakers that came with it. I was thinking of installing two more speakers but there is absolutely no reason to! Since the kit came with a cover and everything needed to install as if it was a brand new installation...I removed all related parts to my old stereo and stuck the Jensen into the holes left behind. I can't say enough about how easy installation is (even if you've never done it before) and the quality for the price has to be 2nd to none...I havn't used everything out there but I am pretty particular about things and this stereo beat my expectations. Now I just kick it up a notch when the family is on board..."what's that hun, can't hear you over the stereo..." The peace and relaxation of cruising the open waters...."

"product worked great for 1 day outing on lake, loaded pontoon on trailer. and while checking everything noticed cd player was runing but no cd was put in!. also it was scaning radio channels all by itself. volume also quit working! very disappointed at jenson products! had car steros before!"
