GORE-TEX® lining ensures waterproof and breathable performance. Full-grain nubuck leather
uppers assure long-lasting service, and the padded collar and tounge are outfitted with ergonomic
padding around pressure points for added comfort. The toe and heel rand are protected from trail
hazards by Helcor® – resisting abrasion, scuffs and scrapes. A medium-stiff lasting board
ideally teams flexibility and support for light- to moderate-hiking applications. Inside, an EVA midsole
cushions your steps. A durable Vibram® ARCH outsole gives ground-gripping traction on a wide
range of trail conditions. Imported.

"This is my second pair of Mountain - Hikers. I work on a farm raising livestock and crops. These boots have wonderful arch support- I usually have to put in an insert and I don't with these. I wear them everyday ( except when it's too cold) and they lasted two years under abusive conditions. My only complaint is they don't lace tight enough around the top to keep out dirt and grain."

"I have had these boots for three years. I wear them for work and play and they are still in excellent condition. I am purchasing a new pair now, because I am afraid if I don't they will eventually discontinue them like all my favorite boots before. Of all boots I have purchased over the years, this one has outlasted and outperformed."

"I ordered this boot on the larger side of my scale. I'm between a 7.5 and 8, and I ordered an 8. The boots are too narrow around the balls of my feet and very snug on top. In a long hike, I can see this being a problem, so I may return my boots before taking them on one. I don't know if they will stretch. The legnth was right. If you have long, narrow feet these boots may work for you.
The quality looks good to excellent. The boot is supportive and has a little flex in the sole, which I like."

"Excellent boot for me. I ordered two sizes larger than the size I normally wear. I did purchase another insole and it worked very well. Finding hiking boots that have good quality, fit, are comfortable and affordable has been difficult. I think these will work out very well. Excellent construction, fit, and features."
