"I found this cover very easy to install on my 14ft. Smokercraft Alaskan. It fits like is was made for it.
Just a little bit of thought put into how long to make each tiedown cord and it was installed in 10 minutes. It fit over my cover ribs with about 4 inchs over on both sides.
I have been thru two canvas covers in 4 years and I am hopeful that this unit will peform better."

"The cover has a notch cut out in the rear for a motor. I remove my trolling motor before covering my boat. I don't need the notch. I got the 14'6" cover and it barely covers my 14 foot boat. I'm going to sew a patch into the notch so the cover better fits my needs.
The cover seems to be a pretty tough material. The jury is still out on how well it protects my boat."

"I have a 14'5" Spectrum aluminum fishing boat with 3 high back pedestal seats.
This cover fits almost perfect.
The only thing it lacks is a tie down loop on the bow end.
This is the second cover I purchased from Cabelas. I shopped around and Cabelas
value for price is hard to beat.
I have also purchased a Bimini top and many other items from Cabelas, I have always been satisfied with their products."

"The fabric is very good and repels water extremely well. Unfortuantely the tie-down system is very flawed, there are no directions regarding installation. I assumed that you needed to cut the piece of provided string many times to tie it down...seemed really hoakey. I am going to find another way of fastening the very good quality cover to my trailer."

"The cover didn't have an eyelet in the front to keep tarp from flapping. there is nothing to hold it down. I am taking tarp to a local sew shop to have a loop installed for hold down. The tarp had loops along sides of tarp to hold tarp to boat, but the rope they sent with tarp was in a coil with nothing for tie downs except for tie rope in knots. I was not impressed with this purchase."
