Boat Cover,August 3, 2009
By MIDeerHunter99from Holland, MI
"Ordered a semi custom cover for an older cuddy cabin boat and it fits perfectly and is durable. Just make sure to measure the beam width of your boat and confirm the length. Although it comes with string for attaching to the sown in loops to your boat, I would recommend you purchase separate bungee cords."
Boat Cover,December 23, 2008

"I just bought a new boat cover from Cabelas. The price was great as it was on sale plus free shipping. I have not put the new cover on the boat as yet because the weather is bad and the old cover is still usable, although it is ripped in a few places and discolored. The new cover is the same as the old one and after over 5 years out in the weather under some nasty Alder trees I can't complain that it is just about worn out.
I have bought 2 or 3 boat covers, all from Cabelas and all the same make/model. The service has always been good, in fact one cover had to be returned because of size and Cabelas promptly shipped me a replacement cover."
CABELA'S SEMI CUSTOM CUDDY CABIN I/O BOAT COVER,December 12, 2008
By JJTJrfrom Seaside Park, NJ
"High quality cover comes with 100' of high strength tie string, more than enough to tie very tightly under the hull to all of the sewn-in loops. Has a sewn-in drawstring for tightening around the entire hull and ties at the bow. Fits perfect on my 1987 Sea Ray 210 Cuddy Cruiser OAL 22'6" and my 1988 Formula 23SS OAL 24'. You will need some long 2x4s to support the cover over the bow and cockpit. I recommend adequate padding under the cover at all chafe points. Be sure to measure your boat according to the instructions for proper fit before buying. Highly recommended cover."
cuddy too large,November 18, 2008
By Gulfcoastboaterfrom Gulf coast
"I was looking for a cover to fit a 20' 6" dual console runabout with 12" bow rails. Since the specs on most covers for runabouts limited the deck rails to 6" I was concerned they would not be wide enough to cover 12" rails. So I took a chance that the cuddy might be a better fit. Not so. The cover at the bow was so large that it sagged down the side a good 18". Not good for trailering to catch the wind and create a parachute. Did not evaluate the quality since it was not a keeper based on size."

"Nice cover. Seems to be well made, much better than the last one I had. But just from first appearances, I rate it a three. Have to wait and see how it survives the winter before I rate it higher."
CABELA'S SEMI CUSTOM CUDDY CABIN I/O BOAT COVERS,November 13, 2007
By Martyvpfrom New Jersey
""Overall a very good product for the price. Because it is designed to fit many boats it is not truly a custom fit but it does fit well enough to work. The sides should be a little longer to cover more of the boat. If your boat has bow rails you will need to assemble some type of cover frame/support system. This is required to disperse rain water without causing pooling on the cover. This should be included or sold optionally. Currently pooling occurs on both the bow and stern (cockpit area) sections of the covers. The pooling water needs to be removed immediately or the tie down loops could be torn of the cover due to the weight of the water.""
Nice cover!,October 30, 2007
By RonKofrom Tennessee
"Overall quality of this cover is excellent. This cover is made from a nice thick material that will obviously last for a very long time. When you combine the quality of material used, the nice fit and the great price......this is a tough deal to beat! I will definately come back here if I find myself needing another cover in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family."
