Small Motor Engine Flusher,

"Works great! The problem with old Mercury motors is that the intake is above the prop instead of on the sides, and the regular "ears" don't fit. This slid right on and I am able to run my 9.9 Mercury in the driveway to flush it out without having to fill a tub of water."

"I have used the single side flushers on my 200hp Johnson and was always concerned that it was getting enough water. I used the duel feed to run my motor while running engine tuner thru it and the water pressure was great. A good product for the money!"

"For the small motor flusher, the maximum width of the anticavitation plate of the motor is 5 inches. My 1975 model Mercury 4.5 horsepower has a plate that is 5 1/2 inches wide. To use this flusher on motors with a plate wider than 5 inches, it will be necessary to cut off the clips that are designed to hold it in place and use a couple of clamps to hold it in place."

"I purchased the motor flusher that fits the water intaks located above the propeller if you have a 9.9 Johnson 4 stroke outboard this is not the product for you. It states that you should give your engine type when ordering but I could find no place to do that so I ordered it anyway and of course it didn't fit."

"I purchased the small HP flusher for my 9.9 Yamaha 4-stroke and had to cut one end off so it would fit correctly. It does not clamp on both sides because of this, but works well even with that modification. Exceptionally easy in comparison to dunking the motor in a large trash can to flush the motor."
