"This is an lightweight, effective blanket. It will keep you warm in cool temperatures; layer another blanket for cold temperatures and you're set. I bought one and then ordered another for my daughter. Someone suggested in an earlier rating to always buy king size, little extra cost and you could fold it in half or tuck the excess – that sounds like good advice to me."

"I am sensitive to dry cleaning smell (what's called "perc"). Since this otherwise-nice blanket is washable I figured they would not dry clean it at the factory. Yet they apparently did. Had I know this I would not have gotten it."

"I really like this blanket. We have a cabin in the mountains and it gets pretty cold in the winter (down in 20-30s). I have used this blanket and it kept me very warm. Some of our guests have used this blanket also and commented how warm they were. I don't like a lot of blankets on me at night, but this one plus another blanket did the trick."

"So far I quite like this blanket and the price was right. The blue/orange one on sale is more like a grey/orange color though. While light in weight, this blanket seems to offer good warmth, and will wash and dry with much less effort than regular blankets. I use this under handmade quilts which sometimes do not offer as much warmth as duvets or comforters."
