Needs optional strap,

"I am very satisfied with the watch. It seems scratch resistant and is very easy to read. I have the orange face model.
The one thing that should be addressed is the strap. It is a very good match for the watch, except it is far to small for anyone with an above average wrist size. I am using a velcro strap untill I find a strap that fits and looks good on the watch. If the strap had fit my grade would have been five stars."

"This was a nice watch but it would not keep time (right out of the box) gradually losing minutes throughout the day so I returned it. But other than that it seemed to be well constructed & the watch band was very comfortable."

"I recenntly received my Field Watch and have worn it on several occasions in a variety of conditions. It is comfortable and easy to read and the band seems much more substantial than on similar watches I have owned. The main drawback is that the hands are not very luminescent at night and it can be difficult to read. It does stand up to water, rain, damp, etc. so it is otherwise a pretty good timepiece."

"I was looking for a watch that had an average size face, was not super fancy but one that would be durable. This watch has all that and the glass is super scratch resistant. I have beat it up pretty good and it's still scratch free."

"Had to send back the first one because it did not keep time. Cabela's sent a replacement and after a month use the watch keeps time. I like the looks of the watch and I have always been impressed with Cabela's customer service."

"The watch has been great. The only problem is that I didn't realize that there were different shades of orange. I wanted the Texas, Tennesee orange and instead got a more reddish orange like that of a tangerine. I wear it anywhere and everywhere all the time. Great product."

"The gunmetal field watch would be a winner if it lived up to its claim of having super bright - see in very low light - hands and numbers and markers. It's bright in the daytime - but in the evening it is as black as the face we ordered."

"I made the purchase as a gift to my self so no one could have gotten it wrong. I am an Army Vet who is very tough on all my gear and this watch has not let me down. I have made two duck hunting trips with it so far and have put it through the paces of only the best gear could have stood up to it. This watch did. Wet,dry,cold and multiple high impact shots plus the riggers of everything a typical out door trip could be. Once home a little cleaning and it is right back to a very nice watch that I wear everyday. It has the perfect fit and wears nice. Pass this on. Any outdoors person would be proud to wear it anywhere. The color choices are perfect but I went with the O. D. I guess it's the Army back ground in me."

"My husband loves to deer hunt so I thought this durable watch was a perfect gift for him with a 12 point at the top representing 12:00. I gave it to him as a 16th Wedding Anniversary gift. He relly liked it and put it on right away. He wore it for hunting season and was successful getting two 8 points one with both his bow and one with his rifle so now it is his "lucky hunting watch"!"

"This is a beautiful watch, but the only thing is that it is not bright enough in the dark. Had to keep shining the flashlight on it to keep the hands and hour marks bright. Other than that I would still buy it again because it is a quality watch."
