"I put this clock on my mailbox. The time works great, but just like about all outdoor thermometers, the temp does not work when it is hit by direct sunlight. I do like the looks of it though. Very solid."

"Easy to hang, very tasteful and decorative...exactly as pictured and described in the catalog. The only drawback is that you have to calibrate the thermometer by hand."

"The look is great and the base of the thermometer and clock are heavy and well built. But....the mechanisms on both are a bit cheesey and can easily be moved. If you happen to brush against the brass arms of the thermometer or clock, they move easily, which means that you need to recalibrate the thermostat. Over-all, it is attractive but I wish for the price that the mechanisms were of better quality which is why I'm giving this a "fair" rating."
